  • Triumph’s big scrambler looks the part, and it’s probably one of the most genuinely ‘scramble’-capable bikes in the litre+ retro category. We took this one out for a spin to see what it's like on the road.

I have that exact same bike. 2022
    I love everything about it.
Looks , comfort, technology, power, sound, the quality, and yes, the looks again.

I've owned many bikes over the years. Mostly aggressive super bikes, and have had my XC for nearly a year. I rediscovered my love of 'pure' motorcycling with this bike. The exhaust heat is a non-issue for me, and I say this from Texas where we had record high's this year. No bike is perfect but the Scrambler 1200 is a wonderful platform.

The triumph sounds good…….that’s it for me.
Looks wise the 2023 Ducati scrambler wins it for me.

Look at the cost and schedule of maintenance between them - the Ducati is absurdly more expensive and services more frequent

I'm no triumph fan but I'm considering one of these over the desert sled. 21" front far more useful to me and I'm not going to be doing a desmo service every 7500miles!

I feel like maybe you bought the wrong bike.

A good review and the presenter seems to know what he’s talking about. Unfortunately, the Finnish accent will always make everything sound so depressing🙁
