Thanks to your tutorial, i was able to take a piece of paper from the back of the printer. I used surgical clamp and pulled a piece of the paper. The other part came out automatically from the front. Thank you very much!
Do you think you can make a tutorial showing how to open the back part? I have the same problem, but the piece of paper has compacted and it is too small and too cramped to reach it with tools😔 Thanks!
almost exactly what happened with our epson et-2800 printer, except that the paper tore and now there are small pieces you can barely see when you do what you did and turn the printer around to look at the back of it. We need to get a really thin abject like a long handled pair of tweezers you can grab onto the piece(s) of paper with to get them/it out and up from the back. Any helpful suggestions on what tool like this to get and where to buy it? For over $200 on a nice printer less than a year old it would be worth it. ~Thank you!
I cleared my jam but the printer says there is paper inside, asks me to put paper in tray. I do so,press ok and paper feeds through perfectly but message remains the same.
I fixed it myself by getting a thick piece of paper and pushing it while the printer pulled it. Then I adjusted the printer head and it has been working great.
It is in the settings. You may have to watch another video. You may not even need to adjust the printer head but I did it to be safe since I am not sure why it failed.
Well, none of the suggestions worked since I didn't actually have a paper jam. So I unplugged it from the power, shook it a bit and it started working. Nope... back to the shitty error.
I used the Head Cleaning trick to clear the "Paper Out" issue. Not sure why, but it worked! Thanks!

very helpful for my non-tech brain.
