- At the beginning of June, I hosted the first ever MashUp Game Jam, which had over 400 people joining and 128 games submitted. In this video I cover the winners of the jam as well as some notable entries.

As someone who is pretty new to game development, seeing my game on the video felt super exiting
It was a very fun game to play!
Did anyone else notice that that consume game looked a lot like an early version of carrion?
I noticed it when I was playing it, seemed like a familiar idea but this game itself still did executed the idea well.
Yes that game was definitely a Carrion remake or like game .

The only issue is the original games, The red blob going around devouring people is 100% based on the recent game that released that is exactly that game. Other than that, the games were all great :)
Even if it is based on an existing game, it was still quite unique when compared with the other games, though this might just be that I haven't played Carrion myself that this jam game's execution appears original to me
Let me know when next year's is, I wish I could have participated ;)

If you say that the sound effect was nice why don’t you show it in the video? Why do you just keep speaking “I love this song but I won’t show it to you I’ll just talk about how great it is”
I didn't want to break up the consistency of the video. I thought it would've been simpler to just use background music through the whole video, and I didn't want people to be waiting too long after the results until this video came out so I also did this to save time

Isn't that biomass game already a game?.... Pretty sure they just ripped off that game that came out a little while ago that is literally being a blob that consumes people on a space station or something...
