in podcast he has said he spend 150k maxing out credit cards and dropped 100k buying out a shop in the 2017-2019 period. something similar to that.
This collection made the inner child in me smile, so much nostalgia! I opened some of these products throughout the years, this video brought back a lot of good memories!

The nostalgia always hits hard with Pokémon, idk why but running to the kiosk as a kid with friends buying packs was the best
@@SPISheste Exactly! We would all save up our money to go and get a booster, but we'd mix them up when we got outside. Unfortunately back then we didn't care about card condition.... but we still had fun!

The collection is more than amazing, it’s mythical, celestial and really breath taking I bet if I were in person I know I would be not stop smiling if I were in that tour with some friends. Ryan made my day and made me laugh a couple times through out the video as well lol we witnessed a man’s beautiful and gorgeous collection; it makes me wanna tear up a bit

@@sovereignviper90 when we started out I thought it was crazy that my son (11yr) spent $25 on cards 😂. He kept buying, opening, and watching UA-cam and got me addicted! We’ve spent WAY more than I should have and I can’t stop! It’s been super fun though!

@@fathersonandpokemon9000 It blows my mind that something I grew up with that was super popular is now something that I share with my son. I knew that Pokemon games and Pokemon cards continued to be produced after I had lost interest, but it wasn't very popular at all. So when it really started getting popular again, it was perfect timing. My son developed a liking for Pokemon card collecting and the video games, and I get a rush of nostalgia opening up packs, filling out binders and playing the games. So cool!

I never thought I would see so many sealed items in one place. The collection is insane 😦. It was also nice to see all the platinum and Diamond and pearl era stuff. Brings back memories of when I was very tiny. Hope to buy a box of it someday.

The whole collection is insane. The number of things he has that I hadn't seen before is huge. The only thing I didn't like is that almost everything is inside boxes. I know he does it to keep everything organized and safe, but I'd love to see some of the items displayed

I could never understand how grown up men can still like the newer Pokemon cards... All the pokemon cards that are newer than 2003 could never have any value for me. I was already too old for them when they came out so they are toys for the kids of today to me but the old cards from before 2003, now thats some classic nostalgic feeling right there!

Ryan gives off massive only child of rich parents vibes. Only started collecting in 2016 and has one of the most expensive collections in the world. ‘Why do you have have so many Celebi’s?’ ‘Because I wanted them’ shows he doesn’t really understand not just getting stuff immediately and how he was so pedantic and overly cautious showing his set in this and the last video shows he probably didn’t have to share things as a kid.
