I was at the Sports Card National in Cleveland in 2018 buying Pokemon from MeelyPops when another collector came up and started telling hobby stories. This unnamed collector owned the PSA 10 Illustrator briefly and had some cool knowledge of its history before passing it along. The card has had a few owners over the years and your mystery seller is one of the most respected members of the community. Hopefully you all were able to spend time together in Dubai and see one of the best collections in the world. Warm regards!
We might have met the same person! At MINT in Vegas a couple months ago the Liquid MarketPlace team was approached by a collector who also owned it for a brief period of time. The story behind the Illustrator is really exciting; so many amazing people have held this card. So much history!
