This is so informative thank you
Thank you so much for this video ❤
taking the safer journey..such a humble and wise advise :)
I really wish you would show photos with mark up injection points! I love these videos but as a new injector sometimes I’m left feeling confused and with so many questions! Like after you discuss just show a quick diagram of what exact spot your referring to on the face! 🙏
Thank you Dr. Tim, very helpful and thank you for sharing your experiences and knowledge!
Your investment in caution should be standard with all who perform injections-
You and your uncommon observations are brilliant !
Agree that the recommended dose is not required for the forehead, good point
Great content! I'm new am would love more vids and pictures. Thanks
Hi. I love these videos. I have done the online course and have two hands on training courses booked with yourselves in October and November. I find men very tricky still. I have a few who are body builders and bald and they are really difficult. I've changed technique so many times but struggle still to stop movement on them and their doses are higher. Are there any resources for this. Im unable to download the link from also. Thank you. Cannot wait to come to Manchester 😂
Thank you for this video, I found it brilliant. I've subscribed to the patterns which are really helpful, but I was wondering if you have variations on the patterns when using azzalure? Thanks again!
Hi Charlotte. I spoke to Tim and he's going to put it on his list to create some content on. In the meantime, this might help a bit: ua-cam.com/video/4uMMPPzgRL0/v-deo.html
Thank you!
Thanks for the video. It's brilliant. 👏👏
I’m just a patient and find these videos very informative. Is there away that you can help us to more informative about our own face? I’m here because I have had a few things happen I haven’t been happy with. For example I’ve notice trying to help the crows feet has caused lines under my eyes.
what are some side effects of the "bunny lines" being treated with botox?
You are a dream team
Thank you so much Mauricio. Hope things are still holding up for you guys in Germany, Miranda
Hi! I love your videos and really appreciate your insight. I did not find the Botox pattern link, only Reversal and Emergency protocols. Did I miss it somewhere?
Really sorry, Paula. Please try again. Here's the link for ease of reference: bit.ly/3aAYUTH

@@pjernc wonderful stuff, thanks so much Paula :-)
W0W, love this guy, I'M In! 😷
Unfortunately the link doesn’t work. Thanks for the video.
also if you treat one area (inbetween the eyebrows) do you have to treat others areas such as the forehead too or can you isolate areas without affecting the functioning of other parts of the forehead
This discussion was great, thank you. It would have been more engaging if you would have demonstrated on the model that was sitting by Dr. Tim or used something a bit more visual
Thank you for the feedback :)
@@DrTimPearce Thank you for all videos :)
I purchased your complications training love your guides! As the other comments have said, your link does not take you to the essential botox patterns, would love to have it! Thanks!
So sorry about the mix up, Victoria. Please try again. Here's the link for ease of reference: bit.ly/3aAYUTH

What’s the fb group?! I want to join!!:)
how many units are too much for the forehead or for the crowsfeet, 20 units is the average
When injecting the corrugators, I have noticed a "dip" or "indentation" superior to eyebrow in the mid-brow area for a few patients. Is this because I was too medial with the original two injections on each side or because I ventured too lateral (i.e. too close to the mid brow)? I have attempted to correct with adding an additional 1 unit of Botox more lateral to the original injections. It worked for one patient but not the other patient. In both cases it was not for both right and left brows but either the left or right side? Please advise. Thanks!
Yes I think you’re right. This can happen when you only inject the medial aspect, you can get a dip laterally above the mid pupillary line where the corrigator is inserted into the skin. So better to spread the injections out a bit more laterally mindful of your safety margins. Better to have a smaller dose of around 1 unit and stay strictly superficial for the tail.
@@DrTimPearce Thank you very much for the advice!
Have you ever experienced edema under the eyes - eye bags - from botox in the crows feet? Is there anything that can be done to avoid that?
Great question
Hello- I was treated in the lower lids and crows feet then she did my forehead and bunny lines. I now have more crepey skin under and above my eyelids.Very depressing. Any recommdation.
Hi Jean, It could be that Toxin isn’t the right treatment for you, there’s is a variation that can reduce creped skin, you would need to change the injection pattern and you would need an injector who could analyse the muscle movement and the problem and try different patterns for a better result.
I did it once 12 years ago my plastic surgeon is triple certified. He only used Botox on my top eyelid take seconds . Then my lower eye lid is restylane just very little and my lip I like all natural . None in my cheek just pull my face all the way ti my ears it full up my jowl . I’m 75 I have no crow feet or wrinkles not even to my neck . Remember it’s 12 years ago so I will get one this one like very little it takes seconds his so great . Know how I like I don’t like my face look like full when you d see smile . Just little bit I cant complain . I’m happy how it works but not like a lots look not right . I used good moisturizer lotion keep your skin tight and no soft no wrinkles. I don’t like too much natural only .
The link is not working. Saying it has failed try again. I have tried and tried. Any suggestions?
Hi Lisa, please can you drop the support team a message on support@drtimpearce.com they will be able to help. Thank you.
Hello Dr
How can stop botox unwanted results . Is there any medical treatment?
There is no reversal for unwanted botox results. Mainly just time to wear off.
A clinician with good experience and a medical background to ensure your safety. But experience and good training is a good indicator for less risk.
Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
Who is Anton Deck?
Could I ask with the lady with the brow ptosis... Did you then treat the obicularis oculi for the downward pull and did that resolve the issue or did the ptosis remain? Thank you
@Aghedo osagie I didn't ask anything about herpes so I don't know what you're talking about?
Ideal Image dont ask any questions they dont even talk about different filler products they just injuect where they want with what they want to
Hi, I have been trying to submit my email for the botox pattern download and it keeps saying it failed to send my message. Is there a reason for this? I have been trying for a few weeks. Thanks =D
Sorry for that, Jaye. We've had some issues with our website that have now been resolved. Please try again. Here's the link for ease of reference: bit.ly/3aAYUTH
Same! Less is more!
I had botox on my crows feet and now my under eye gets wrinkled when I raise my cheek. What can be done about this?
Reducing muscle activity is not a complete solution- particularly under the eyes where much of the movement comes from the cheek muscles not the eye muscles, so you need to stabilise the muscles and replace volume with filler, or consider skin resurfacing depending on your unique set of circumstances.
When I use link to download patterns it fails to send!
Sorry about that Kara. Please email my colleague Ashley on support@drtimpearce.com and he'll send it to you
The link gives me error and won't work?
I'm sorry. Please email support@drtimpearce.com and we'll send it to you
I went to a clinic and the doctor trained a random office assistant to do botox, she wasn't a nurse nor a doctor, yes this goes on
A bigger dec 😄😁😆😅😅
All I can say is I wish Dr Tim was located in Canada because I am sick in tried going to people with less qualifications just doing it to get money don't spend much time to studying your face but just injecting 🙄 I had cheek and tear trout fill now i am constantly having dry eyes, headaches, can sleep in my face very uncomfortable but i can even go back to my injector because she is fast talker and fast injector but not a good listener at all.
I'm really sorry to hear that.
@@DrTimPearce Thank you so much for your reply is that even normal to feel those thing I am experiencing? If not is it better to dissolve it ? Would all the symptoms go away? And once you dissolve it do you get you old face which was much better or something comes alone with that decision? What can I expect from doing that? Now also covid 19 vaccination with filler oh boy 🙄did you know any plastic surgeons in edmonton Alberta Canada that you might know 🤔 I know I am asking too many questions but would be helpful if you kind answer them for me please thank you 🙏
Your right brow is higher than the left in this video. 😜
Not just in this video, but every day of my life. 🏅well spotted!
Wayne Rooney has had Botox? 🧐
The interviewer seems to have had too much Lip filler or else she loves to purse her lips a lot.
Really??? You took the time to come up with that?? She’s lovely and the way people move their mouth btw has to do with many things, anatomy, your teeth, she does not have too much filler if at all. You make it seem as though he were being interviewed by Kylie Jenner with your unnecessary comment and having nothing to do with what was even discussed. Good to know you were paying attention on what was important.
The way she moves her mouth, and the lipstick being uneven is so distracting.
That is his wife.
