Both beautiful places! I think the Yorkshire Dales tops it for me, only because the Lake District can get a bit touristy and crowded in some areas 🤔 hence why I went in December 😅 Thanks so much for watching 👍🏼
That's a good idea. I've often thought about getting GPS for him; not to track him but to see how many extra miles he does 😅 Thanks for watching and commenting.
Hi Winston! I just returned from a 4-day trip to the woods with my Border Collie. I think having a furry companion along for these types of adventures makes them all the better.
Hi really enjoyed your Pt1 of the Lake District. Although it wasn’t very pleasant for you on the day, gotta say you did look a little wet, but I really envied you. Cumbria is such a great county, so much so I’m planning to move up there with my two border terriers . Anyhoo love the Vlogs!
Thank you thank you thank you. Absolutely brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed going along with you especially now we're unable physically to walk very far. ❤To You and adorable Winston. X 💞

They give you awesome stability and assistance which allows you to be looking up more and enjoy the views along the way a little more. Thoroughly enjoyed this video .. thank you 😊👍🏽🇦🇺

well, the Lakes and Cumbria are one of the wettest places on Earth, so, theres plenty mist, fog, low cloud. Twilight could have been filmed there. one of my fave places to wal too.
I’ve just come across your channel. We don’t have dog washes at campgrounds in Canada. How convenient. Winston is adorable! I have a small A-liner RV which I pull with a van and travel with my dog as well. I’ve never camped in winter, but our winters are much colder with lots of snow, and the campgrounds all close down by mid-October. We normally “winterize” our RVs before winter by draining all the water out and filling the water lines with antifreeze. Does your caravan have propane heat? Do you have a battery? How cold can it be before you have to remove your battery to a warmer place. I kept my battery in a insulated cooler with a heating pad out on my deck all winter. It kept the cooler at 16 degrees Celsius even when the outdoor temperature was -25 degrees.
Hi Roseanne, another great video, love your organisation with the Pod,even down to showering off Winston,it makes life much easier to be tidy & organised, great Lakeland scenery, atb & Happy New Year,👍,Colin P.
Interesting video. Your pod seems well designed. So you work from it as well. As a former Careers Adviser, can I be cheeky and ask what you do? We used to take young people to an outdoor centre in Ambleside to experience the Lake District and get them motivated, we also did the activities with them. 😎

Winston is 12-years old. Still full of beans and still going strong. You should have seen him in his younger days - he would run rings around the Duracell Bunny! 😅 Thanks for watching and commenting.
Winston is enjoying his walk and waiting for you! My Boxer would look at me as to say I have walked far enough, if you carried on she would turnaround and walk home.
😂😂 When we get close to the campsite and Winston knows we're going home, he slows down then and only speeds up if you make another turn and make his walk longer. He would stay out all day if he could. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Hi,when you say how many miles you do would be fun to put an old phone with something like map my walk on it and put on your dog to see what mile he does unless he goes swimming that is😮
I have often thought about putting a tracker on Winston to measure his distance. It would have been more fun in his younger days when he had endless energy and we went on longer walks. Thanks for watching 👍🏼
