Aww Winston, you've got such a good mummy looking after you.😊
Have you made the right life choices? You happy and well?
You made the right choice.
Sending love to Winston!
Hi Roz,Just recently found your site and L am rationing myself to one a day. Good luck with your no swearing- I absolutely abhore it. We have such a beautiful and eloquent language there is no need. Now in my 84th year I look inwards on my nomadic and -yes- eccentric life, questioning my decisions and actions. Would I do it again?. You bet I would! In 1934 my dear father went to sea as a 14 year old cabin boy. His first trip away from home was to Argentina!. He always had a dreamy faraway look in his eyes. His favourite saying was "blessed are the cracked for they let in the light for the rest of us". Keep seaching and keep dreaming. Walter
Hello, Sorry for the late reply, I've been moving house.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I always thought that life was too short to stay in one place 😇
I'm glad you're enjoying our videos. Thank you very much for following our adventures.
You are very lucky, so don't change your anything. If you're happy, that's a great achievement in life. Thanks for all the great videos Winston😉
That's very nice of you, thank you. And thanks for watching our videos; Winston will be back on your screen shortly once he's fully healed 👍🏼
Your work, life balance is spot on. Hope Winston a speedy recovery ❤
I lost a lot of my 20's to work, so I'm trying to make up for it in my 30s 😅😅
Winston is going to be okay. He still needs a bit more time, but should be back to normal soon.
Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@Roz.S well we wished we could travel and earn a living. Love your vlogs. Looking forward to future viewings. Take care ❤️
@@garylovattlovatt193 It took a while for me to set my life up this way, I started in 2017 trying to make my life more flexible and only managed to add the travel part a few years ago 😅
@@Roz.S well I can assure you that life flyes by. Make the most of your journey. Proud of you because it takes courage to follow up your decision to persue this opportunity. Lot's of people would love to follow your experience. Carry on smiling and carry on camping lol.
Hi Roseanna, what was the IPad app you were using to record the Wi-Fi speeds? Great videos.
In my next life, I want to come back as your dog.
Winston is so loved!!
Glad Winston is on the mend👍 just started watching your channel & enjoy coming along with you two. I retired last year & am lucky to live close to Dartmoor and the Devon & Cornwall border. U have really encouraged me to get start getting away more in my caravan with my Lab called Red👍😁 As for life choices, as long as you are happy is all that matters. Life is too short for regrets.
Thank you so much for watching our videos. I'm so glad to hear that you are enjoying them. Wishing you and Red all the best on your future adventures 😀
Oh and Winston. What a happy boy he always is. Like someone else said. His tail is always wagging 😀. When you are walking him, he always looks back to check that you are still there 🥰
I couldn't lose him if I tried 😅😅 He always travels in front but he always stays with me. I zone out and just leave him to do his own thing, I know he won't go anywhere (just maybe fall down a ditch 😅)
Great again. Thank you for updating us on Winston. The Brecon Beacons- fantastic!!!
No problem, I think more people watch for Winston than anything else 😂 (can't say I blame them😅)
Thanks for watching and commenting.
9:57 I'm imagining a conversation a few levels down the mountain:
"Ah, there's the rain coming on."
(SPLOT) "Oh, aye so it is."
(SPLOT-SPLOT)
(SNIFF) "That's funny.... " (SNIFFSNIFF)
"WHAT?"
(SNIFFSNIFF) "That rain smells suspiciously like dog pi$$...."
Pronunciation of Wye spot on. You'll see a lot of low flying there, training exercises for RAF. I'll get the ID for the plane when hubby wakes up - aha, he says it's a C130K otherwise known as a Fat Albert apparently!
Lovely video, hope Winston's leg heals quickly.
Bara brith is for any time you like.
Thank you so much. Winston is recovering well and will be back to normal soon. 😀

No one can ever determine the right path for you but you, as what works for you might not work for someone else and vice versa. I wasted 20 years of my life obtaining a degree in a difficult subject I couldn't care less about and wasted many more years working in an environment I grew to despise. Now, nothing makes me happier than taking my video equipment out into the back and beyond; capturing sights I can share with others that they may never get to see. If you are living with peace in your heart (for the good part) and look forward to every day, you're certainly living the right life for you.
As for mistakes... Made plenty of those myself. They're simply lessons we must all experience in order to grow into the best versions of ourselves. It's all good 🙏
Lovely words! Thanks so much for watching my video and leaving such a nice comment. ❤️👍🏼
@@Roz.S It's the least I can do, considering the joy your content has brought me this weekend. I'm more grateful than you could know. As many of your viewers have articulated, it is us who owes you thanks for demonstrating that personal dreams are achievable. Take care and hugs for Wiggles 🤗
Love your videos. Really enjoying watching them all. Also love Winston’s helicopter tail!! 🚁
Fantastic video, poor Winston. You know what I used to take my cocker spaniel jogging with me nearly every time I went along the river up hills etc and whenever he hurt his legs I kept him in but when he saw me putting on my track suit and trainers he would go bonkers even though he knew he couldn't come, I'm sure he would have come with me if just his tail was working 😊😊 . Oh, I love your music choices especially the slower ones, I add nice music to my drone vids makes all the difference. 😊
Poor winston. Amazing campsite, love your adventures ❤️
Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Winston is recovering well and will be back to normal shortly 😀
I’ve just found your videos and I’m REALLY enjoying them! I get such a kick out of ‘your little buddy’. I think his tail is a propeller. It goes round and round, moving him forward. He is such a cutie! I love all your photography and explanations too.
Another great adventure Roz! You really are living a lot of people’s dreams, being able to travel and explore the amazing countryside while others are stuck in a cubicle office nightmare. I know you’re grateful and rightfully so, but it didn’t just happen. You played the biggest part in it too. Your decisions and sacrifices played a direct role in you being able to enjoy your current lifestyle. Give yourself a pat on the back. YOU did that. Be proud of that fact! I’m really looking forward to your next Wales adventure! I’ve been to England, Scotland, N. Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, (mind you I barely scratched the surface when it came to touring around), but I’ve never been to Wales. It’s absolutely stunning from what I’ve seen doing a bit research and to me, it has almost that mystical, fairy tale feel to it. Definitely on my bucket list!
As for poor Winston, I can’t be certain as I can only draw on my own dog’s personality, but I’m pretty sure Winston was/is milking that sore paw, just a little bit, for all that doting love, attention, belly rubs and all day lay-ins 😂 Atta boy Winston!😉
In all seriousness, I’m happy to see he’s on the mend and getting back to his old self. And best of luck with the swear board. I’d be destitute on the first day! 😂
Thanks again for taking us along. All the best from Nova Scotia 🇨🇦
Thank you so much for your kind words. You are right, it wasn't by accident. I have been designing this life for myself for several years - trying to keep everything as flexible as possible with few commitments to tie me down so that I had the freedom to travel. It's only these past few year or so that things started falling into place. But still, I'm grateful things are working out.
Wales is beautiful. Most people head off to the Lake District or the South Coast in the UK, but Wales is just as good and is often quieter without the tourist traps.
Winston is very melodramatic when it comes to injuries and often makes things look much worse than they are. Thankfully, he's recovered pretty quickly and is almost back to normal.
Thanks so much for watching our videos and for commenting. Much appreciated 👍🏼😀
Love your channel, thank you very much for the beautiful tours of Wales,my Grandparents & their family’s all came out to Australia in early 1900’s. It’s lovely to see their country. Elaine from Queensland,Australia.
Choices are never bad if we have learned something from them. There’s always a positive in the choices we make. By the looks of things that applies to you. As far as sweating is concerned, I was a Padre in the Army and heard a lot of adjectives and the guys didn’t mean anything by them. We all use them from time to time. Poor Winston, I hope he is feeling better by now? I enjoy your vlogs as I’ve got a motorhome and love walking. Keep producing them.
I think swear words can be very good descriptive words. They get the point across far better than any other word 😅
Winston is doing good thank you. Still resting, but should be back to his normal self very shortly.
It's great to hear that you enjoy our videos. Thank you for watching and commenting and we wish you all the best on your adventures 🤗
The WiFi booster looks great. I’ve shared this site with our friends, it’s definitely on our must visit list. Thank you so much. Hope Winston is ok

Hi, nothing wrong with your life choices, as long as you’re happy and enjoy it. I know a few people with degrees and they are on normal wages.
As far as swearing is concerned, it’s quite easy, self discipline and just take a second to think before you do. I used to swear like a trooper until someone said I don’t have a vocabulary and can’t express myself without swearing. Well, it took me about a week and I stopped. If I get uptight which is not very often now, I just stop, calm down and that is it…😁😁😁
Another brilliant film/vlog, Roseanna. I’m like you, if my dog isn’t welcome, I feel my money isn’t welcome either. I hope Winston is feeling better soon, he’s a great dog. Looking forward to your next video. 👍
Winston is recovering well, thank you. He should be back to normal very soon.
Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Glad you enjoy our videos.
Great idea the playpen, I have a spaniel called Ernie and if he ever needs recuperation I will borrow that idea. So lucky to find a new gas bottle that size, that was a bonus ! Thanks for the videos, lovely to watch, wishing Winston speedy recovery.
The playpen has come in very handy a few times over the years, And it folds down flat for easy storage. 👍🏼 Winston is doing good thanks, he seems to be back to normal and we're off on our next adventure tomorrow.
Thanks for watching and commenting.
Another lovely video, thanks. Only downside was seeing poor old Winston in pain. Glad he is on the mend. Funny you talking about him taking up most of the bed, I usually end up in the spare bed at home when our fur baby jumps up in the early hours! It’s even worse in the caravan with the bed being narrower 😏
The things we do for our pets! 😂😂 I do wonder if we're all crazy 🤔😂
It's heartbreaking seeing Winston in pain and not being able to do anything about it. Thankfully, he's almost back to normal now.
Thanks for watching and commenting.
Super blog, thank you. Great info on the gas and booster. Glad to see Winston is recovering. So, you’re coming to my neck of the woods in February to stock up on Welsh cakes and Barra Brith, I’m sure you’ll have great adventures and if you’re lucky, will see many planes and helicopters doing their training runs in the valleys. Can’t fault your life choices, you appear to be doing splendidly, but was only thinking when listening to your commentary, no swearing! 😮and then came your confession 😂. Have a great time in the Beacons. John
I am getting better at no swearing. You'll be surprised at what other words I can come up with when there's money involved 😂😂
Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Glad you enjoy our videos.
That looked like a lovely campsite, I imagine it's very crowded in peek season and not my cup of tea. Hopefully, Winston will be back to full health for your next adventure. I miss my dog. He passed away a couple of years back, and I always have rescue dogs. I had him for 15 years, it was a difficult day when he went, and that's why i've not rushed into getting another one.
I don't think I would like this campsite in summer either, but in winter when it's empty, it's perfect. Winston is recovering well and should be back to normal shortly. I can't imagine how hard it was to say goodbye to your dog after that length of time. I'm dreading when that day comes for Winston. They are so much more than dogs and have a huge impact on our lives.
Wishing you all the best. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Glad to see Winston is getting better. 💕
And it was such a lovely video to watch, how about that plane. Absolutely fantastic. If you go near Aberdovey and Tywyn, there is the Mach loop, not sure if i have spelt that correctly. The jets that go through the valleys on training are just unbelievable 😮.
Cant wait for your next adventure, stay safe and take good care xx
Ooo thanks so much for that tip. If I'm in the area, I'll be sure to look out for them.
Thanks so much for watching and commenting. So glad to hear that you enjoyed our video.
Great vlog enjoyed all of it. Love the mug with the dog on will have to seek one out, never thought about getting one perhaps with a dog resembling some of my old friends. I could never restrict my language in the way you are trying even though it is for good reasons, my mental health would suffer without that outlet. The views in Wales are astounding and can take your breath away. Never been to Devon or the Brecon Beacons, so can't wait for the adventure vlogs. Your vlog format is great, I envy your life balance and wish I had experienced that as I believe that it is far more important than other things we prioritise during our lifetime. Pleased to see Winston's recovery I feel sure he will benefit from all the love you show him in protecting him, it is clear he trusts your judgement for his routines.
So happy to hear you enjoyed our video.
The mug was a gift from a friend. It's one of those where you can choose the breed of dog, the hair colour of the person etc, so it's meant to be me and Winston.
Funnily enough, because I know that I swear mostly when stressed, this New Year's resolutions has been helping me to control my stress levels. I'm a lot calmer and if something annoys me I just think to myself that it's not worth getting stressed about and losing £20 😂😂
Thanks so much for watching our video and commenting.
Thanks for the WiFi info very helpful.
Poor ole Winston, hope he's better now 👍
Not quite, but he's almost there and will be back to normal very soon. Thanks for watching and commenting. 👍🏼😀
Good morning young lady. Enjoyed this video and catching up on others. Just a thought re falcon wi fi booster have you tried sticking it to the inside of the window. I see that you put it high outside needed the window having cable trapped in the rubber seal. But can't see why speed would be affected much being inside of the plastic window. Worth a try, and warmer in freezing days. Don't even have to go outside . Keep up the great videos. And re life choices you are comparing yourself to others. Your a free spirit living your life your way. Good on you for daring to be different. And for what it's worth I personally think you having the best life. Stay safe well and happy 🙏
The Falcon Booster does indeed stay inside of the Pod now 😅 Mainly because I'm too lazy to keep taking it outside and then bringing it back in again at night. Occasionally, in nice weather, I put it outside. I sometimes feel that it does get a slightly better signal, but I could be imagining that 😅
Thanks so much for watching.
Fantastic video, do hope poor Winston fully recovers, you are a great doggy parent, love you vids ❤️

Really enjoyed this...good viewing whilst having breakfast. Really impressed with the digital receiver....bit expensive once you start paying for sim contract but im sure youll get good use out of it. Winston very lucky dog..😃😉
A lot of the caravan internet solutions are £400+ and I think that all need a data sim to work. So, £179 plus £17 per month for unlimited data isn't too bad. Plus, I have to be able to work and since most of my files are stored in the cloud, upload and download speeds are important to me, otherwise my files get backed up. So, for me, it's a necessity. And I can claim it as a business expense 👍🏼 But yeah, it's expensive if you just want to sit and browse the internet while on holiday for a few weeks every year.
Thanks so much for watching our video and commenting 😀
Thanks for reply. Yep sounds like a bargain for you. Keep the vids coming theyre great😊
Recently discovered your channel and really enjoying the content, your videos are a great watch. Winston is a fabulous dog - a great find for both of you. £180 ‘down’ after just a couple of weeks?? Holy sh1t, love it hahaha and great for your charity too!

Awesome fun with that twirling tail boy, but bummer about Winston, hope the rest helps a healing. Prayers🙏 I remember putting the foul language behind me years ago, letting frustration trigger my reaction, but hey it can be done, i rarely spew like that anymore, just lettin it roll like water off a ducks back. The trials our Lord puts us through is always for his glory and our learning. Glad to see you are having Sunshine too, and the icy mornings like here in idaho lately. its actually 45farenheit today... like summer lol. Be blessed Lil Lady, safe travels. 👍☝🙏🙏💙💙

You have a great life. Have no regrets! I've just taken early retirement. I've been to 43 states in America. Route 66 twice on a Harley. Been to South Africa. Been to lots of places. I was thinking of buying a Pod, but now thinking of selling my house, and buying a Motorhome. I would only travel in Great Britain, though.
Sounds like you've had a great life!! I'm currently only travelling the UK. I've been to a few places in Europe, but not to America - it's on the bucket list!! Too much to see and too little time, that's the problem 😅
Thanks so much for watching and commenting. All the best on your adventures.
It looked like your Wales trip was a great success apart from Winston’s injury, such a shame you had to cancel Devon but I completely agree with the reasoning behind your decision. You are great at nurturing and caring for Winston so that all his needs are met, I’m sure that with enough rest he’ll be back to his usual self again.
It would have been nice to have had a good walk on the 4th day and to have not brought home a broken doggie 😅 but that aside, it was a great trip.
Winston is going to be okay. He still needs a bit more time, but should be back to normal soon.

We use a data sim in our caravan router. We're using a 18 month unlimited data sim and it's a one off payment around £200 on EE. Some other providers are cheaper but this expires June 2025. I think 3 are doing a fixed 500g a month for 18 months for £100 all available on Amazon. It's not a scam sim we're now on are 3rd 18 month sim and work brilliant. Loving you vlogs ❤❤
Ooo that sounds good! I use a lot of data with my work so I'd need the unlimited one, but definitely something to look into. Thanks for sharing, and thanks for watching and commenting. Glad you enjoy our videos 👍🏼
Not living up to someone else’s idea of what “life” should be about? It took me too many years to learn what you seem to have a grasp of. ❤
Going against cultural norms make me sometimes wonder if I am making a mistake. But then I get to have some amazing experiences and I have to remind myself that I'm doing what make me happy. And that's all that matters.

@RoseannaSunley I have been following you for a while now and it is great to see different places around England
@@royrichardson7178 Thank so much for following. I'm still new to this but looking forward to sharing more places. 😀
Poor Winston. Our Whippet broke her leg at 4 months she hated confinement but worth it for a proper recovery we also have a Falcon combo like you even works well inside the caravan too we have a pop top. The biggest advantage is our phones are on O2 and we have a EE sim for the falcon so gives more network options where there is a poor signal, I have noticed Ee is much faster than o2
Yes, my phone and Falcon both have different SIMs that work off different networks for that very reason 👍🏼. Glad to hear your dog recovered well. It's hard keeping them 'locked up' but it's for their own good so that the adventures can continue!

Just come back from there,, ❤,,, great video thanks mate
Best of luck in the Brecon Beakons a tough time of year for down there 33:29
Loosing your campsite deposit probably cost you more because of the white board 😉
Carrying Winston down the slopes would have helped a lot regarding his recovery, good on you.
My 29 year old son has the same approach to yourself regarding free time and creating his work hours to suit. Great life !
No such thing as a miss spent youth , motorbikes were my way of life and I loved every minute of it 😂👍
The deposit loss was frustrating; I hate losing money 😅 but such is life.
It's a shame Winston didn't let me carry him further, but at least I got him down the worst bits.
I prioritise freedom and flexibility in everything. It does make like much easier and enjoyable.
I had fun attempting to motocross. I was terrible at it, but still had fun 😅

@@davidgilmour5555 Not sure yet. I gave it a good clean when I did my caravan but I've not tested it yet. My caravan service is due soon so I'm going to get them to look at it if it's still making a noise. Its sounds like trapped dirt, so I'm hoping it's fixed now.
Ah that's good...again thank you for such lovely videos and you and Winston take care ..David...
Oh no Poor Winston how did he do that i bet he was jumping about hope he gets better soon 🐕👍
He just ran up the track and fell into the ditch without looking. I think the bright sunshine might have created a glare so he didn't see it. He's going to be okay, though. Just needs a bit more time.

@@Roz.S oh yeah the plain you see was Hercules commonly known as a c-130 cargo plane I used the valleys around Wales to do low level flying . Some people take some fantastic pictures, good to know Winston is ok.
Poor little fella.
....and that cake looked very nice 🤣.
People who swear are much healthier as they shed stress more quickly .... I think I'd just pay a lump sum upfront then go for it for the rest of the year 😂
The cake was very moist. (I thought it looked a bit dry in the video - but it wasn't in real life.)
There's a few times when I've said the F-word and it's been well worth the £5 fee! 😂😂

I made some of the “right” decisions. University, law school, work as a barrister (to use the UK term). But I don’t get to wander about in beautiful places on weekdays. I think you win.
On a complete side note, I read the book 'The Secret Barrister' and it scared the life out of me that I'm a risk of being imprisoned for a crime I didn't commit 😅
Thanks for watching and commenting. I suppose I'm doing ok 😇 ..but there's always 'what ifs' 🤔
Hello Rosanna I noticed that you were using a jack at the front of your Pod when you were setting off for home. As I am very new to caravanning, I wondered what function this has. We were given one when I bought my Pod second hand but was unsure what to do with it. Great to see that Winston is recovering.
I put a jockey wheel choc under my jockey wheel, and to take it off I need to lift the jockey wheel up. So, I put the jack under the hitch to support the pod as I lift the wheel. I then remove the choc and drop the wheel again to lift it off the jack.
Go Pods don't have steadies at the front, so it's always handy to carry a jack incase you need to lift the jockey wheel for anything, or if you need to adjust it and it's not hitched up to your car. Here's a video which kinda shows it - ua-cam.com/video/uUGT1WJ-Rmc/v-deo.html
Hope that helps. Thanks so much for watching.
Hi really enjoying your adventures. I was wondering if the black & white box in your pod is an electric heater? If so what make is it & is it good? Hope Winston has fully recovered.
Yes, it's a heater and I thin it's great.
I do a little test with it in this video here (starts at 12:45) - ua-cam.com/video/js14maxx40I/v-deo.htmlsi=BAB53C5Ely478NhV&t=765
Not sure what brand it is. I bought it off Amazon. Here's the link - amzn.to/3HHCtzi
Hope that helps 👍🏼

This video was great timing for me as I am in the planning stage for getting my camper van built in May/June, and with that I have been looking at 4G wifi setups. I did look at Falcon but I have ruled them out. However, it was very interesting, and encouraging to see the wifi speeds you were getting. Particularly being in rural Wales where there often isn’t a signal of any kind. Being a UA-camr also, a good upload speed in particular is important for me as I like to upload my videos whilst I’m away on my trips, and my trips will become longer from next year, so I won’t be able to wait until I return home to upload.
I was also interested to hear about Calor bringing back the 3.9kg gas bottle, as I use one of these for my camping BBQ. I was thinking I was going to have to buy a new BBQ, but I’ll wait and see now.
I hope Winston is back to his usual self by the time you go to the Beacons, which are my local playground, so I’m sure you’ll have fun and I’ll look forward to seeing those videos. Happy adventures 😁
If you're getting your camper built for you, you might be best with a fixed solution. I just wanted something cheap and cheerful that gave me better upload and download speed and that I didn't have to fix to the caravan (since my pod is an odd shape). The Falcon one fitted the bill.
Fingers crossed Calor do bring them back. Here's the article that was shared on it - www.pbo.co.uk/news/calor-gas-u-turn-on-phasing-out-3-9kg-4-5kg-bottles-83635

Thanks Roseanne 👍
Btw, the SIM card deal you got, would that have been with EE by any chance? Or Smarty?
Yes I am having my van built for me. The router & antenna I’ve chosen also have GPS, and by having a SIM card, this gives the router its own phone number, so I can text msg the router, ‘where are you’, and it will send me its lat & long numbers and also a google map with a location pin. Great if the van were ever stolen.
Now I’m getting geeky lol 😂
@@theoutdoorlife4870 The SIM card in my internet booster is from a company called ID (I'd never heard of them before taking out the deal). They use Three's mobile network. I can't say much about the company because I've only been with them a month.
Your set up sounds great! And awesome to be able to locate it like that. All the best with your build 👍🏼
@@Roz.S I changed my phone SIM to ID about 7 months ago (with some trepidation as I had only ever been with one company, no probs with signal but not with data/cost). Am very happy with them (data/reception/cost). Travelled to Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, South Wales, Shropshire. Also used roaming in Eire, no fee, no problems.
@@andreathomson4376 That great news. I was on the fence about changing to them because I had never heard of them, but so far so good. Glad to hear you've have similar. Thanks for sharing.
Hopefully Winston will soon recover fully. Dogs are a worry.
He's recovering well and is almost back to normal 😀

Hi Roseanna, Joe from Falcon here we're so glad to hear you liked using our Falcon 4G Combo, love the review and tests you've done here, great video. We'd really appreciate it if you could get in touch with us so we could potentially arrange some collaboration in the future. Thanks, look forward to hearing from you!
Hi Joe, thanks so much for the kind offer but collaborations aren't of interest to me at the moment. I enjoy making my videos and I don't want to turn it into work, or to have any affiliations that may result in some unconscious bias. I like just doing my own thing. I appreciate the offer though, and if I ever change my mind, I'll be in touch.
Thanks so much for watching. 👍🏼
Hi @@Roz.S, thanks for the reply, no worries we fully understand that you want to enjoy your hobby as just a hobby. I just wanted to know if it was possible we could share your video on our social media as we think our customers will really benefit and would enjoy watching it. Thank you.

Life decisions just take you on ‘ your path ‘ life isn’t what everyone else is doing it’s what you want to do . I to think I’ve made bad choices but I’ve always had a roof and food , and also get rest less feet . I moved jobs a lot never feel settled
Big life choices in the next 12 months . The walks from the campsite look great I will certainly check this one out , can’t beat a sunny frosty day . Thanks for sharing love your adventure….i think it’s normal for stress to bring swearing out , I do quite well in holding back lol I sufferer from really bad stress , my daughter even said to me few months back I’ve never heard you swear lol so I obviously do well 😁
I have to work for myself because I'm completely unemployable 😅 After about 6-months in a job role, I'm ready to leave 😅
My neighbour was the one who pointed out my language after someone parked on my drive in front of my gates and I couldn't get out and I had to go knocking on doors to find out whose car it was 😂😂 🙈 It was not my finest moment.
Thanks so much for watching my video and commenting. Glad you liked it.
@@Roz.S it’s good you found a way to make things work . I’m a carer but it’s coming to a end beyond that I’ve no idea
@@lweleven3423 I would find that exciting. You have a blank page and can go wherever and do whatever you like. It make take some building, but you can completely design your life into whatever you want it to be.
Really enjoying your videos, I hope winston is feeling better, on that note have you seen the Fido dog slings? They pack up really small and make carrying a dog much easier (they are quite pricey though) p.s I also swear wayyyyy too much 😂 looking forward to your next adventure x
I haven't seen the sling, but I'll definitely check it out. I've been thinking about what would happen if Winston and I were really far away and how we would get back, so having something to carry him in for future adventures would be ideal.
Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Glad you enjoy our videos.
We say bara breeth and you definitely need butter on it. 🏴
Thank you! I am terrible at pronunciation 🙈 ..and yes, it tasted much better with butter 🙌
Thanks for watching.
You’re welcome. Only found you yesterday and I’m already watching everything and making enquiries about a go pod! It’s what I’ve been looking for I believe. Me and my two dogs. We have a Campervan at the moment but it’s not suiting us for various reasons. This could be just the thing! So thank you so much. 🚐
Winston could ride around in his trailer. Hope your swear pot is nice and full for the charity!
I have to let him run a bit if he's going to go into the trailer. It's like a deal we made 😂😂
Some charity is getting a good donation tomorrow 😂
Great video I am heading to Fforest fields this weekend after seeing part 1 £20min 2 nights with electric hookup bargain
You really can't go wrong at that price. I'm sure you'll have a great time. Thanks for watching my videos.
Hi Roseanna, I've been following your vlogs recently and I've been thinking about purchasing the WiFi Falcon that you've been using, the results look fabulous and thank you for testing it. Can I ask where did you purchase it from, what size SIM do you use and which network are you operating on? Thanks again, Howard..
Hello. Please note that this was just one test at one location, and the performance of the booster does vary. I have continued to test it at other campsites, and not always got the same fabulous results, but I have been happy with the improvements for the cost. Occasionally, it doesn't make much of a difference.
Here's the link to it on the Falcon website - falcontechnology.co.uk/product/4g-combo/
Use the Camping and Caravanning code CCC4GCOMBO and it should bring the price down a bit.
For the sim card. It takes a standard sized sim (not a micro sim). The one I've got is from ID Mobile. This is the first time I have used that company so I can't say if it's any good of not.
Hope that helps.
That plane is a Lockheed C-130 Hercules military plane, we have them here too ... for transporting personell and military equipment ... when I was in the force i was transported from Oslo to northen Norway for sercice there ... crazy noisy inside and not very comfortable to sit in on the plastic straps ...
Well, I guess they're not made to give you a luxurious ride 😅 Great sight though!
Thanks so much for watching and commenting.
Change to gaslow 2.7kg you can fill it up for £3.20 i save loads with that bottle bigger outlay at £150 to buy
@@Roz.S no so its a big outlay at £150 to buy the bottle but then to fill it its ony £3.20 i use mine for my little caravan and a calor gas fire 😄
Roseanne, well tbh even though I've bought a ticket for the nec camping show I'm absolutely dredding it as I hate crowds and I'm not keen on people, I'm more happy in very very small groups of about 3 but I'm sure it will be alright in the end . 🙂
It good to have everything in one place, but it's difficult to get to look at anything properly because there's always so many people. Try to get there early before the crowds descend! 😅
Odd... 🤔 Are the red cannisters not refillable? If they are, does discontinuing making them mean they also cannot be refilled?
The Calor propane bottles are refillable, but only by Calor themselves. So, when you by a new one you give them your empty one. They did temporarily stop the small 3.9kg bottles, but they are now continuing on so I will be able to buy another when the time comes.
Thanks for watching 👍🏼
The Bara is so much better with butter 😊
Go with the flow I say, lot of people would love to do what you are doing (me included) but don't have the balls or the opportunity. What do the kids say #livingyourbestlife :)
Hope Winston is ok..
It was upsetting to watch Winston limping like that. At least his tail still works.
If you don’t mind me saying, I think your life choices have worked out pretty well.
I hope you don’t swear in front of Winston😁
It heartbreaking seeing him in pain and not being able to do anything about it. Thnakfully, he's almost back to normal now 😀 ...and I think his tail has a mind of it's own 😅
My life choices only started working out for me and falling into place the last couple of years. My life before was very questionable 😂🙈

It’s a shame you had to cancel your trip to Devon. All for the best though. Where were you planning on visiting. Hope Winston is better soon
We were booked onto Travistock camping and caravanning club site for 6-nights. it is a shame we had to cancel, but such is life. Looking forward to the next one.
Winston is doing good, thanks. He's still resting but should be back to normal soon.

Well if you get a chance to eventually make that trip. In your way you should try stopping off at Fingle Bridge. It’s a beautiful place and the Fingle Bridge Inn does a great cream tea and super dog friendly. I think there is a caravan site close by too. The closest village is Drewsteignton. It’s very beautiful and en route 👍🏻

Hi Roz, we are also looking for a WI-FI system for our camper van and will try this out. Are you still happy with Falcon? Which Sim provider did you go with and have you found it to be good on your travels? Can you also give me the discount code and will order it online. Really enjoy watching your Vlogs. Thanks for your help.
The Falcon booster is a bit hit or miss. In some places it makes a massive difference, and in other places it does nothing at all. But between campsite wifi, my phones 4G, and the booster, I usually find that one of the three gives a good enough signal for me to work. For the price, I still think it's a good piece of kit, but if you want a more reliability when it comes to signal and speed, you'll be better offer getting a more expensive solution.
I can't remember the discount code that I used. I may have put mentioned it in the video or put it in the video description. Otherwise, I have no clue.
Hope that helps. Thanks so much for watching 👍🏼
We have a dog called Alfie you remind me of my partner Andrea he is a working cocker they are a double act Alfie is they love of our lives and we wouldn’t have it any different we have a caravan as well all the places we go are for him You can’t tell people what he means to us winston is lucky to have you and so are you He means the world to you and we can see that take care both of you you make a lot of people happy
Only other people with dogs know how much a dog can mean to a person. They are so much more that "just a dog," they really are family. Great to hear about Alfie. Thanks for watching my video and commenting.
UPDATE ON THE PUB: The Hundred House Inn (a mile away via a walk through the farm) has only just been reopened after a two-year renovation, and the owner does welcome dogs and their owners and has made a special, warm, covered outside spot for them, with direct access to the pub, overlooking the garden and the beautiful Edw stream. It has just started serving food too, I hear that Sunday lunch is very good!
And by now (June 2024) did you and Winston go there after all?
@@dross24MA We didn’t go because we left Wales after making this video. But the owners of the campsite got in touch and updated us on the pub, and I shared it here.
I hope you get a chance to go back there -- even more, I wish I had a chance to go there, but it is a long drive from the east coast of the U,S, -- hahaha!
