I don't think it the dry season to be honest,the city is simply looking tired and dated now compared to other African capital cities but we Nigerians hate the truth..😢
Honestly, it looks different in rainy seasin. I am from London but since 2021 I live between London and Abuja definitely looks different in dry season . Can't stand how Abuja looks during dry season tbh, but really like it in rainy season, it looks lush and cleaner then.
I do also agree ABJ needs more modern buildings too.

Is a gradual process, most of those cities you are seeing have been in existence for 100s of years, ABUJA is just 42 years old City

Nigeria has the most poor quality road markings in Africa and it's very bad for a cities like Abuja and Lagos.
Abuja is ECOWAS capital so the road markings should be top quality (very thick) that can last for many years.
The Government should change the company that doing the road markings in Nigeria because it's very poor quality. Even capital cities in most poor African countries have quality road marks.
Abuja is beginning to look dated,like a tired old lady compared to other African capital cities.😢Abuja need modern buildings,they should check out what Accra,kigali,nairobi,dar el salam,dakar senegal,Gabore Botswana are building.The pavements between the roads need grasses instead of this dusty,dry sand.They need city car parks and ban drivers from parking on the roadside.Nigerian leaders should build the capital city instead of buying themselves suvs that would only last a few years.Thank you very much.
