I really appreciate Moe cleaning and handling the fish herself. Nowadays it's easy to get fish already cleaned and filleted from the supermarket but when I was a kid, my mom still did it by herself. It was difficult and took a lot of practice. The length that Moe goes to handle the fish on her own really makes me more appreciative of the thought, the hard work, and commitment that goes behind every video and content that she releases. Thank you so much for this wonderful video, Moe-san!
@@KimonoMom Moe, there are some really great videos on youtube that show you how to cut many different types of fish. They will show you how to butterfly a fish very easily. I think you did a pretty good job for someone who does not cut fish a lot.... Practice makes perfect!!

Before long you’ll see that Sutan is capable of “ handling that fish” all by herself. Cherish these times with her...so many more complicated things happen in our world...the innocence of a child is, by far, one of the most precious gifts.💙
