Police Impersonation Arrest of Jefrey Scott Schultz | New Footage
Вставка
- Опубліковано 21 вер 2024
- Over the last couple of years, Real World Police has made minor celebrities of a number of people. Jeremy Dewitte is probably the most well known, but there are many others - even in the police impersonation category.* Two years ago, Real World Police introduced you to Jefrey Scott Schultz (yes, one-f-Jef), who starred in 'Cringeworthy Police Impersonator Jefrey Scott Schultz' and 'Arrest of Police Impersonator Jefrey Scott Schultz.' Those videos, about 20 minutes in total, are recapped at the start of this video, for those viewers who haven't seen them.
The original Schultz arrest video is notable for its second half, which presented some of Schultz's personnel records, including a couple of citizen complaints that had been filed against him. Also shown was a one-page document revealing that Schultz had been employed by more than a half-dozen law enforcement agencies in a very short period of time, most for less than one year. He had been fired from his most recent gig with Hapeville Police Department back in 2007.
At the time we posted that video, that was most of the information we had, and as far as anyone knew, our publishing those videos put the story to bed. In reality, it didn't, and the investigation into Schultz's history continued up to the present. We have interviewed some of Schultz's former employees and have spoken with a former coworker, a former chief of police, a city council member, and a number of others who insisted on anonymity even in their title. It's time to share some of what we have learned.
At 4:06 in the Schultz arrest video, Corporal Lowe waves some papers in the air, stating "I've got your POST history right here, bro." With complete respect for Corporal Lowe, there is no way that was true.
Because we have Schultz's POST history.
And it's more than 1,300 pages long.
A significant subset of those 1,300 pages consists of citizen, coworker, management, and even elected official complaints against Jefrey. As referenced in this video, Schultz actually managed to get [seriously] investigated for impersonating a police officer while actually employed as a police officer. Not even Jeremy Dewitte can do that.
From the 1,300+ pages we selected some to share in this video. There are, of course, many more, and some of those are worth your time. For the true story of the police officer who was investigated for impersonating a police officer, stop by the Real World Police subreddit later this week.
Remarkably, there is even more to this story. Multiple certificate revocation actions and frivolous lawsuits filed by Schultz seemingly in retaliation for his terminations. At one point, he even sued Georgia POST. And guess who has a current action against his certification?
Nailed it.
Hop onboard.
Side note: Georgia law is very different from Florida in relation to police impersonation. Florida law requires that the person pretending to be an officer "...takes upon himself or herself to act as such, or to require any other person to aid or assist him or her in a matter pertaining to the duty of any such officer." That would be a hard sell for Schultz at the traffic stop.
Georgia law, on the other hand, seems clearly applicable: "A person who falsely holds himself out as a peace officer or other public officer or employee with intent to mislead another into believing that he is actually such officer commits the offense of impersonating an officer" O.G.C.A. 16-10-23.
*Dewitte may be the most well known, but he is hardly the most significant.

@@nate18268 and when he said “I even tried to tell Larry she didn’t answer and he continued working on the car” 😂😂 like bro no one cares about you getting arrested in your real life
He's a beast. I love it!
Yeah, but this whole case was thrown out because the guy is actually a cop, last I heard he was suing the cop. Either way it just goes to show what cops do for a living. I mean I'm sure there is actual crime in this city but this cop had all the time in the world to go after this guy for trying to get out of a ticket. Talk about corruption.
And you know when he tells this story to his grandkids and nieces/nephews he's gonna sound exactly the same!
What a psychopath. Imagine him as a person of power in law enforcement.
@Captain Chaos In that letter from the store owner at 19:27, I noticed it specifically mentioned he was harassing customers of Mexican descent. Guarantee he was targeting them purely due to their ethnicity, threatening to have them deported.
there are plenty of people like him working as cops
It’s exactly why he’s been either fired or given the “you can quit or we are terminating you” by 6 agencies!! Lol
@Captain Chaos lol being fired from 6 agencies with most stating he’s an instigator that fails to get along with his other officers.” Lol hard to see right? He also owns a security company which is scary. If u watch the previous video of the arrest you’ll see his unmarked police car in the driveway which is decked out in clear LED lights , a spot light , arrest cage etc. makes ya wonder how many people he’s pulled over not being a cop.
@@MZ-bl6wg I suspect there are far more police impersonators out there than people think. I know a few women who had what appeared to be undercover state troopers on interstates run their lights, then when they waited until the next exit to pull off (uncomfortable with stopping on a deserted interstate late at night), the car turned their lights off and drove off. If they were real police, I'd think they wouldn't have simply driven off. So what were they gong to do, harass, assault, or kill the person if they pulled over? It's scary, but there are probably people doing far worse things than Jeremy Dewitte with fake badges.
I just love how his alleged "fiancée" won't come to the door and his dad just keeps right on working on the car as if nothing is happening, LOL. Priceless.

I paused and read all the documents being displayed.... this guy is a very dangerous man. He needs psych care so he does not continue to escalate his behaviour into assault or worse. That these PDs kept hiring him with his records and dangerous complaints is extremely concerning.
Hard to find people who want to be police officers. That's why they try and keep the ones they have...no matter how bad and dangerous they are. If you knew about healthcare workers, you would never go to a hospital again.
Chief Bradley did squat about his behavior for years. That chief and others is the reason the pig kept up his deranged behavior for decades!
There needs to be a MANDATORY federal list of complaints and firing of any law enforcement officers. Being able to lose your job at one department and go to another neighboring county and get hired on needs to stop.

@Cipheiz True, but I'm fairly certain Jeremy Dewitte had been doing it, and getting away with it for many years prior to him going viral. I first encountered Jeremy and Metro State in person near a cemetery in Seminole County in 2018, I believe at least a year so before the internet had heard of him, and I observed him doing the same BS - beating on cars, screaming at people, running lights, acting like a cop. At the time I assumed he was an off duty cop having a terrible day and stayed away from him. Based on how Jeremy talks about "doing this for 10 years," I tend to think he actually has, and more or less got away with it because just about everyone thought he WAS a cop.

"Never written a cop in 29 years", that's a problem!
And he probably still hasn't.
What does this means?
Oh man I remember this guy, so confident yet so clueless
Except he should know better, because he was actually a cop many moons ago.
Boy, he just doesn’t know when to stop running his mouth, does he? Just quit while the quitting is good.
Thecop was about to let him go with a ticket and court date for speeding and dumbass kept running his mouth, narcissistic sociopath behavior lol

No kidding. Dude, just shut up.
Kinda weird that his "wife",won't answer the door for the POLICE who just ARRESTED her"husband" and the FATHER continues working on the car as if nothing is going on.🕵
Probably not the first time the law has rolled up
They knew it was coming.
Dad doesn't give a fuck and the wife is next door getting nailed by the neighbor
Lol wife can’t take the embarrassment. Or she’s an un paid hooker getting her money lol :-P
Was his neighbor…
Reading those letters from the woman with her children - it scares me to think what might have happened had her kids not been in the car during those stops.
I guess the entrance psych test was missing on this “cop”.
Many agencies don’t require a psych as part of their background check
The other dude at the house is like “Whatever, take him away, I need to get back to working on my Fiero”
I don’t think I have ever seen someone talk himself into felony charges to try and get out of a traffic ticket. 🤦🏻♀️ Edit: reading all of those complaints this guy seemed more like a Karen with a gun than a former cop.
True. He is a narcissist of the most dangerous kind for himself and believes his own lies. Lol he just opened his mouth and put himself in jail.
I wish that officer luck on the rest his career when those crazy physical just people start appearing.
@@garyreveljr4407 Yes, narcissism.
Once you lose a job at anywhere. You are a FORMER ANYTHING...😂😂😂😂
This guy is a real piece of work. I read all the complaints you provided. There's something wrong with him.
It’s obvious as to why he was certified and lost his “damn job!”
Real world police initial video of the arrest shows the record of his employment & its hilarious to read every departments reasoning and complaints. The most common was “he not on out fails to get along with other officers but seems to instigate problems with many in this agency.” Apparently he’s an ass hole. Lol
Like the actions of the power tripping cop are justifiable at all. Just more evidence these police need de-funding, all the crime is solved in this town that this cop can do some retaliatory mission on some guy who tried to get out of an extortion ticket? Wake up lady.

Exactly.
Which clown? because the guy who admitted on camera that he hasn't written a cop up in 29 years sure got away with it.
@@anthphoto Scott Schultz
@@anthphoto maybe because he never ran into a cop that did something he shouldn't have (or gave him a warning like you can do with every other person) but that's no option for you because in your mind probably all cops are bad.
Maybe they are both just impersonating clowns as well.
I loved that the old man wanted nothing to do with it, literally just kept working on his car 🤣🤣🤣
The epitome of minding his own business.
Absolutely despicable that the officer is bragging that in 29 years on the job he's never written a ticket to another cop.
Maybe he just didnt have a pen or pencil handy to write them.
He might not have meant it that way, hopefully he meant that he’s never been in a situation where he pulled a cop over but I wouldn’t be surprised if he never ticketed one before. They truly do let them get away with more than the average citizen.
Looks like he’s been impersonating a Storm Trooper as well.
Such a collection of helmets!
Lmao! The force is week with this one. Lol 😂

Ha! The probably got me rolling.
I get that fortune cookie a lot
WAY too much leeway given to Schultz... but he certainly took it. All he had to do was shut up and take the ticket, but then that's not how he rolls.
Look at his history lmfao he screams at his lieutenant over paperwork so of course he's going to drive a nail or two into a minor traffic stop 😂
You can see he has a history of abusing his authority, he tried that with officers, imagine how he treated a citizen without a badge.
For a total piece of $&!!, he has a really nice garage.
I think he still lives with his dad lol
It looks like he has a nice MR-2 as well.
He has money it looks like..lol

The fucked up thing is how much the arresting officer brags about "never, ever" holding other cops accountable.
Pig
Is that what he said?
@@LawDawg717well traffic wise he did. He said that he had not written another cop a ticket in 29 years. You and I both know that he had stopped or seen officers breaking the law. I followed a Oklahoma cop for 40 miles through Arkansas. No lights, no siren, no passengers. I hit speeds of 110. Over 40 miles he pulled away so far I couldn't see him. Look I don't really care. I think it's a perk of the job, and cops have one of the worst jobs ever. To be honest, it's not a big deal he hasn't done it. Profesional courtesy goes a long ways and Lord knows they have extended it to me. I probably just wouldn't have said it on tape.
@@thepitpatrol The problem is that cops are already held to a vastly lower standard than normal people when it comes to knowing the law (literally treating cops like there is no reason they should even know something as simple as the constitution), while also having qualified immunity from effectively almost all punishment, and also having the most powerful union in the country literally bribing and threatening DAs to avoid punishment.
If a cop does not give normal people the same breaks they give other cops then the other cops should not get those breaks. It being a perk of the job that they can freely break laws and get away with it is an indictment of the justice system of the United States.
I heard it as in 29 years hes never had an occasion to be asked for courtesy
The first problem is that this cop never wrote up another cop in 35 years. That's dirty. Corrupt.

Impersonating a police officer is a next-level cringe behavior.
He’s doing the exact same things he did in the written report. “I didn’t say __”, and twisting his words.
Compulsive liar, basically
Stupid, just stupid. POST certified does not confer the rights, privileges, and duties of an actual law enforcement officer. The second he started hinting he was active duty he was walking on thin ice. A clear case of impersonation, though that was later dropped. He really doesn't have any legal standing for his lawsuit.
