As a beginner, I want to buy my first camera and only for photography, not videography. I don't know which one to choose between the 3 canon R8, a6700, and a6400. I would be grateful if someone could help me.

Better lens choice and cheaper third party options
The R8 and a6700 are both very good options. The advantage with the R8 is that you get a full frame sensor.
