You should really consider playing in college in the U.S.! There are many high caliber players who eventually go pro. You can also get a free college education at the same time.
Francois Musitelli ( the opponent of felix who got in to the finals ) is actually now ranked 888 in singles! So there you can see how high the level there is! :) Felix you got this!
That's because he's a clay specialist and a pretty good one at ITF level. Some really impressive results last year taking a set from Merida Aguilar and Felix Gill, both are great talents and already playing Challenger. And got 7 games off Adrian Andreev who's top 200.
@@notthepolicecr5073 Last year he was losing on the British tour and struggling on the pro tour, so far he's won 3 matches in 3 tournaments ( he beat an atp ranked player in Q1 in Turkey today), it's an improvement.
Nice job! I did get a wave of injures recently but as you can see, I am slowly healing and time is passing by quickly because I am busy watching your awesome videos. Keep it up, I know that atp point will come!!
What a crazy serve from your second opponent! It was his main warrior. Moreover, he hit so strong the ball, practically every shot when he has the right chance to do it. By the way, I enjoyed a lot your crazy strategy on the first match looking for the net on the decisive points. At that time you got a lot of confidence and at the same you provoked a few doubts in your opponent
Watched the video and just checked your ITF profile and saw that you're in my home country, Turkey. Please please PLEASE document everything on your trip to Antalya. Your commentary in your videos and the way the videos are edited is right out of the top drawer. Saw that you won your opening match on the clay. Good luck with the next ;)
I'll never forget the last futures qualies I ever played. It had rained all day. Har tru courts. My match started at 8: 45 pm and finished near midnight. Late in the 2nd set The ball bounced up funny off the uneven surface, I swung and missed, and hit myself in the head with my racquet. The trainer wrapped my head so thick in tape it looked like I was wearing a turban. I lost, and the next day I had a baseball sized lump on my forehead and a major headache. Ah the memories.😂😂
Love your professional and🎉 tennis journey vlogs in general. I hope you can have a feature vlog mainly on sports or tennis psychology. How this impacts performance and well being ❤❤❤
Lets go Felix! Been here since your couple of firsts videos. My goal is to 1 ATP point as well and im getting back at it! You got this, send you lots of energies and support!
Great video like always. I have been in hospital all week but this video has made my week. Keep up the great work felix you are so inspiring and help me to progress and keep going with my game.
You have all the skills and excellent footwork. Keep the ball out of the middle of the court. Rewatch and notice how many shots land in the middle of the court. You do very well when you start moving the ball. Placement over power and you got the skills to do this. Get to the net more. Your volleys are strong, use it to your advantage. Put some pressure on these weaker players. You’re better than both of these players, you just need to believe.
Felix is still losing, but to a much higher level player, I see a big improvement, especially on the BH. Perhaps, Felix can mix in more serve-and-volley and chip-and-charge strategies to throw the opponents off? Especially as his net game seems to be an asset.
Pretty solid. At any level, matching at 90% of your physical ability (here with a tired arm) is super difficult. Quick question, I know you don't interview your opponent after each match, LOL, but what would you think his game plan was against you?
pls tell me how u get such a good feel everyday on the court, I'm a utr 9 currently battling in the itf circuit, I find myself playing so good on 1 day, and playing so bad the next, and these bad days happen so often, in a tournament I won the qualis easily by beating some good players, but in the maindraw lost 0,1 to someone who I could have easily taken. so yea pls take a min to tell me what u do to get such a good feel of the ball and the court. somedays my backhands come amazing, and other days I'm barely pushing the ball, on these bad days I'm not able to contact the deep balls properly and struggle to even win a point with ppl who i beat everyday.
At this point I’m wondering if it’s the Dunlop CX that’s giving him elbow/shoulder pain...maybe time for change? Would be exciting to see you test but I’m sure you’re bound by contractual obligations
Yooo anyone, what's the background song at about 12.30? I remember Felix has a friend who makes music, is it one of his songs? Been tryna find this on Spotify because it's a certified banger!
Can you make a video on what stretches and injury prevention exercises you do before playing
Brilliant job Felix! Keep improving my man 💪

True lots of player go pro after US college like steve johnson or cam norrie
In the second set you did really well moving up to the net which is something you did very well to help you win! Keep up the good work!
Great job Felix! Nice to see wins starting to lead to more confidence and belief.
Good luck in Turkey👀
13:00 Out hahaha wtfff
Good to see he had already won his first match in Turkey.
Felix attitude: 9/10
Talent: 5/10
Mentality : also very good.
With consistency this guy will make it to the challenger tour very possibly.

Khoeblal is a beast 🔥 met him in Doha ITF, one of my first friends, real sweet guy
13:01 hawkeye probably would have put 1/4 of the ball shadow on the line... it happens
I slowed down the frame rate...was Definitely In
Nice to see the match analysis with your coach Ashley
You're so awesome!!!! The second match was absolutely mesmerizing! 💯
Not bad man, you start reaching the hard balls like Alcaraz, pretty active and flexible, good luck for getting to top 50

Doubt. How do you determine if it was in or out in a close call, since there’s no umpire.
13:01 ball was definitely in
dont think so honestly

Would be exciting to see you test but I’m sure you’re bound by contractual obligations
if there is no umpire or line judge how do you decide the close calls? is it just down to honesty?
dont give up
Is there an honesty system? Where is the umpire at this game?
Did I see you in a hotel close to Nice, France, a couple days ago? (I don't know if you read the comments)
Yo
whats camera you are using?
Nice job
Love the video and the series. Personally do not like the music, especially during the matches.
