i am not getting sound from the boom, instead im only getting from the camera! im on shoot now.. what shud the settings be set on to get audio only from the boom?
I'm filming with sony EX3 machine . occasional horiontal stripe running through error as dirty old tape from . no one knows why . and other ways for how ? thanks everyone
Hmm, I thought you got the slowmotion by compressing 50 fps (or 60 In the US) down to 25 fps whilst shooting in 720. Upscaling would speed up footage am I wrong?
Nice Video Jesse. I own a PXW 200 for the past three months and was wondering if only I could dial up the WB instead of using the WB button under the lens each time I turned my camera another direction, but now Im able to work with confidence. It is a wonderful tip for me at weddings, It also gave me the boldness to play around with the Black setting and found that the picture gained a lot of sharpness. Is it okay to use that or will it give adverse results in the end ?

For a long time I searched for PXW 200 and got frustrated but accidentally hit on your video, although it was a different model of camera, I thought yet it is XDCAM so let me watch and it was a big surprise that I found exactly what I was looking for, please do give me your recommendations, links, anything where I could find more.
Have seen all of them already and even downloaded them for future reference. Thank you anyway. One thing I have a problem with is when I choose the 422, 50 bit and 59.97i which is right on top of the format list and when I import them to Premiere or After Effects it only shows 29.97 and it is not the 59i, why is that, is it something to do with the memory card ? I dont even use XQD cards or SD with an adapter, instead I have the expensive Sony SXS, 64 Gig, but still have this problem, what is the solution to this, should I get an external recorder or something ?
Ok thats why when I record in 59P it shows me 59 P since being progressive. The difference I can conclude is due to the interlaced scan where each frame is only half the data when compared to a full progressive scan where each frame is one full picture. Did I get you right ?

So according to you just to film or buy another machine. honestly EX3 purchase as individual level is somewhat strained. which sold the old mua.hay also difficult to get people to go try on whether there are 6000 hours do not you?
