Bmac considers this the HEAVIEST position in Jiu Jitsu.
Here's a way he likes to get there & how he attacks from there.
Im currently doing a deep dive into mount after years of it being my worst attacking position by far. Breaking everything down into stages and sequences. I'm loving the S mount and I'm hitting the inverted arm bar on that far arm a lot. It's a good option if they expect you to pocket it, or if you can't pocket the arm successfully. Your videos have been a great help, your are one of the very few nogi guys that has an emphasis on mount.
Thanks for sharing
Well I just finished filming the whole mount instructional. It should be coming very soon
Arm triangle from mount was always my easiest sub
It's amazing how wildly people differ in what they find easy/hard
Part of what makes rolling so fun, there's just so many angles variables and variations one could never know them all
I’ll have to be more intentional about sitting on the diaphragm next time I’m in S Mount!
This video is really good.
🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏
i love bmacs vids. got slick techniques and ideas
I just realized why I give up my arms to you so often. Beyond your magical force powers, it is the diaphragm sitting.
This is so nasty!
I go to look at a class tomorrow this is really cool glad I found your channel
Hope you enjoy it!
Uke is such a trooper
money
Does anyone know where to get that shirt Brandon is wearing???
🕸🕸🕸
Any idea where i can buy that Jiu-Jitsu shirt?
So when’s the mount instructional gonna hit your website ☺️
Soon actually. I think I’m gonna do a whole coaching program with it
@@brandonmcninja that would be so amazing I train at gb school and hate the gi but there’s no 10p schools around me I really love your teaching and your attention to detail so the more I could potentially learn from you even tho I’m not even in the same state would be phenomenal
Thanks, great stuff as always
