Hi everyone!
It’s time for Orlando’s hair transformation! Orlando has been asking for a while now to have this done so today was the day! Orlando has had braids/ plaits a few times now and really likes them!
Our children are mixed English and Jamaican so his hair is quite a mix of mum and dad. He has quite loose smooth curls so it is quite easy to comb through- even if it gets knotted up easily! Unfortunately as his hair is smooth that does mean that this type of hair style doesn’t last very long in his hair and so we have to tie the end of each braid / plait or it won’t stay in!
We use African Pride hair oil in all the children’s hair because it smells beautiful and it works wonders for their hair!
I do not claim to be the best at this hairstyle but if Orlando’s happy with it then i’m happy :)

Get him a bonnet it helps with my son's hair to not get tangled too much ..he have the same hair texture doesn't want to brush and do not want to get shaved either 😅

Idk about theirs but my friend's hair is this texture and she can't use any product for braiding it until after and only then just setting gel
