Gary when you put grass clipping doesn't it put weeds in garden if you have weeds in your back yard
Only if you are cutting when weed seed pods are mature. Anyway, it is easy to pick out weeds. I never had issues.

I would do several layers of cardboard. It is tough to kill but its possible.

I rent a tiller for 25 bucks for 6 hours.
It works but it does grind up worms. As long as you add in organic matter... it works out the same in the end.

Not sure what it is about UA-cam gardeners but they have the hardest time staying focused on the step by step procedure in DYI videos. They keep shooting off on tangents like composting or interrupting in the middle to give you info that should have come at the beginning, like a list of stuff you’ll need for the project and how much it costs. I appreciate this info, but it’s so confusingly presented!
