#Geodes
Cracking them open is so much fun. Check out the "geodefest" held each year in Keokuk, its a fun time. I just ordered a pipe cutter myself to crack open some geodes I found from there. Great video as usual!
I got the information from you about "geodefest" held in Keokuk. Thanks. i hope to visit there as soon as possible.
honestly, i love both of your channels and this makes me so happy. Love this and love the geodes.
Hey Bryan!!
I’m just getting into geodes myself and would like to know where to find an affordable pipe cutter to open the bigger ones.
I could watch this activity for hours.
Same here. Always loved geodes. Fairly ugly, non interesting rocks but ohh what treasures lie inside. Like opening Christmas Presents from Mother Nature.
Thank you JTV team for not being of tired of educating us. 💜 I'm happy to see you guys behind the camera..
Ok these are the most stunning geodes I've ever seen (besides the enormous ones in museums). I love the large crystals especially!
That last blue one is just fire! So beautiful!
The banded Chalcedony on the last geode was excellent!
I loved the Smoky quartz one, it looked so cool. I love geodes, I even have my own of a deep purple Amethyst
0:34 PLEASE?? that caught me off guard so incredibly hard
The geodes cracking is really fun to watch. Just guessing what the color crystals are gonna be is absolutely fun
The geodes are incredible, love the way they look. Very interesting to watch and wonder what is going to be inside.
These geodes are so gorgeous!!! I love the blue! 😍💙
I could watch these kind of people for a while week.
Those were some really beautiful geodes!!
I LOVE GEODES
I love geodes too.
Is there a specific website you can get geodes that look like this? All I ever get are the clear ones and these blue and smoky ones are beautiful!
Gorgeous geodes! Cutting machine is great as well. Most of geodes are based on quartz with multiple bands of agate.
More Geode Cracking Please. This was Great
Love geodes! I have a few I have purchased and cracked open myself.
This was fun! Also a live with geo cracking would be great!!
Love!
Christopher: These Geodes are about 25-32 million years old...
Kennedy: Ow, Okay. Pretty Old I guess.
y'all are great, keep making amazing videos
I really enjoyed this!
Beautiful geodes!!!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks for watching!
I would like to see you do hydros geodes.🖤🇨🇦
this is a amazing video keep up the good work :)
This was great, thank you.
Coolest one i have seen... Was filled with these like Quarts/Droozy "Razor Blades"... I have never seen another like it
Beautiful.
Very nice. Keep ongoing until you get a purple one.
Totally impressed with the first one. My gut told me there would be blue to it but I doubted it. And the crystals are so big!!
Its probably taboo but I cracked my first geode with a hammer, it was a tiny one and its one of those ones with the very small quite crystal I think a druzy quartz?
Could watch more of these cracking. Enjoyed meeting more jtv team. Wish jtv sold geodes
Where did you find each geode?
What is the price of these stones?
i got a geode shaped like a snowman its around 2inches long i will never cut it open or do anything to it its just to cool as it is ive had it for around 10years now i been tempted to paint it like a snowman but no ill leave it as is
steady regards from bijih alam
Oh wow these were good🤤
Ohhh Pretty! I love geodes. Like opening presents from Mother Nature. I've got 2 i'm going to cut open. Just waiting for the new blade for my slab saw to arrive. Its got a blade but its got a warp in it (I inherited it that way) so it leaves a fairly rough surface and on longer cuts, starts going off at an angle, eventually ending up so far off it cracks off the last bit of the cut :(
I've always cracked them also, but since i got his slab saw I want to try cutting them so its a smoother surface to polish.
Shit ur lucky to get one! All I have is a dremel
wow
Watching this as I as I am buying a geode
8:41 HE IS SO LUCKY A AMEHYST GEODE
Being geodes I would suggest that they formed in a rhyolite or other felsic extrusive rock that broke down into clay over time, but the geodes were harder so more resistant to erosion. :)
Merry Christmas the banding beautiful
He is flipping us off every time he snaps his fingers
i love this UA-cam channel
This is the first time light has caressed those molecules in millions to billions of years
Love this. I just got some geodes and want to crack them open. Just can't find a pipe cutter for a cheaper price.
Do they grow even when they are open
Once you take the Geodes out of their Geological enviroment (ground) the conditions for additional growth are no longer available. While they are in the ground they do go through multiple growth phases that can be seen as bands in the material.
He sounds like doctor phil
Queso Chihuahua is a soft white cheese that originates in the Mexican state of Chihuahua.
What about rose quartz?
I have always wondered if these are solidified dino poop 😄
Fun!
Are geodized fossil shells considered to be gemstones or geodes? Or have any value at all? I know a spot where I find tons of nice ones.
2:08 Well that wasn't very nice.
Nice video, but the music is really distracting. Stesses me out.
Absolutely wonderful but the "music" is soooo annoying 😱
Geode cracking.
How much the 32 million years old?
Scared of loud noises. Smh
