I have really bad anxiety and whenever I'm feeling anxious I listen to this song and breathe. It really, really, really helps me stay calm. I'm so thankful.

Wow, this is really good song... This is the kind of music that helps me through everything I have been through. When I just can't stop crying I turn something from Superchick on and I pray. I feel better like that. But sometimes you don't get the chance to do that. Music and God is really what I live for right now, so I'm really glad there are people out there who seem to understand. God is so good. I remember a time I was living moment by moment because living day by day was too much - I saw no future for me back then. By the time I came across this song, I had gotten somewhat better, but was still struggling. Life had become bearable most days, but I would often go through moments when I wanted to stop breathing. I was still struggling with suicidal thoughts, but this became one of my go-to songs to play during those moments, esp whenever those thoughts would start to become plans. I was on a path to healing, but still, at that time, I was very much broken. Now, I am healthy and whole. I used to be so tormented, and this song would minister hope to me; but now, when I hear this song, I smile - it's become a personal testimony/reminder of how God really does heal us if we let Him. 💖 To all those struggling and tormented by depression, anxiety, despair, etc, I am one of many who are living proof that if you keep breathing, there is hope and healing down the road. Just keep breathing and it will get better one day 💖 I promise.
okay. this is coming from a guy. this is a very good song. it is calming, soothing, relaxing and really helpful for someone like me that is very depressed and on the brink of destruction. i truly have to say i like this song and everyone else i will agree with.
