From one Sales Trainer to another. Your approach is far better than anything I've ever heard. And it's better than any approach I've ever used to cold call. Well done, my Friend.
Brilliant. Following BD's method for one week and booked 3 meetings with decision makers. Bless you Benjamin. Colin- Cold Calling in Canada (-20C with wind today)
Damn!! You are awesome mate, I found some techniques. 1. Asking questions(SPIN) 2. paraphrasing, mirroring and emotional acknowledgements( it sounds like, it looks like etc) 3. Building pain using questions. How much does this cost you? Have you given up? Let the prospect talking. 4. Summarising the pain points and checking key concerns are covered. And advancing the sale (getting to meet in person) 5. Clarifying expectations. And making the prospect feel secure!! This is a perfect example of a well done sale!!
This guy knows his shit ,I’m learning so much just from the free content alone , thank you for being so refreshing to the sales profession, this style of selling suits me so much better than the traditional styles regurgitated.... Awesome !
This is very impressive and shows what following a sales process whilst simultaneously being authentic and adaptive can do in creating a positive outcome experience for the prospect. A complex structure made to look incredibly easy and natural, I think I took more from this than your last call. Thank you for sharing Benjamin.
Years of practice that make it look easy. Too many folks try to imitate and fail. They then accuse me of getting lucky. Nope. There's a lot more happening that eyes and ears miss.
Yes it is clearly evident. When in the field you always default to your highest level of practice or training. I will be practicing this daily. Thanks again.
@@benjamindennehy that’s the beautiful reality of sales you can’t imitate the best you can learn from them and implement there knowledge into your style but it has to come from your own mouth to truly be authentic and then of course the mirroring and matching emotions is just fantastic
I know. And what's even more surprising is the stuff you don't see happening. I've 4 spaces left on next week's Telephone Prospecting Bootcamp. Might be a good investment seeing as you're taking the effort to watch it so much www.uksmosthatedsalestrainer.com/boot-camps
The UK's Most Hated Sales Trainer if I had not been made redundant I would go for that. I need to make a placement first! I’m not saying your over priced at all, and I 100% believe in investing in myself I’ve just had a couple of lean months. I will be in touch!
this is such a golden content and technique, honestly this throws me off so much. almost makes me doubt if this is good technique, because it didnt go viral yet. on one hand, if it was so good it'd be way more popular channel, on the other hand, this guy is NOT like those "fake gurus" who try to sell classes and shit. this guy is straight to the point!
Very, very skilled. Do you have any videos of a call in which the prospect doesn't want to talk to you? I think it would be really educational. Ever think of coming to the USA?
Somebody call my house phone 5.30 am this morning. Woke me up and nobody was there. As I was up I check my phone and noticed Benjamin's latest video dropped. Is this Benjamin taking sales to the next level? Calling up subscribers early, making sure they cant sleep and notice his latest upload? 🤣
Helps the guy on the other end is so receptive, if only all calls were like that. HOWEVER, this is a perfect structure of a call without having any knowledge of your own service/product to sell.
Would love to see Benjamin call some C level people at large organisations rather than these small local businesses, would be interesting to see if he makes the same progress.
@@benjamindennehy already seen that, was very impressed which is why i follow you now, didn't know what size business they were though. Really like your straightforward approach, no company pitch or niceties, just a good conversation discussing value for both sides.

Nice work! Not sure/how much information you’re working to make that call but are you not inclined to qualify the opportunity a bit more to know its worth jumping off out the door to meet them?
@serveTHATup what was the need for the arsehole comment? Normally a sign of frustration in ones inability to replicate anothers process so feel the need to bring them down with a cutting quip. Sad little man
@serveTHATup Oh sorry. I missed how absolutely hilarious you actually are. Cos you aren't. Guy asked a question to engage with someone and you were a prick simple really. Everything you just wrote is exactly how you behaved yet because your clearly the class clown you don't see. Enjoy mediocrity cretin.

I can't believe you have such low viewing numbers and subscribers. This is gold mine! Super awesome video.

Another brilliant video from Benjamin, thank you for all your great content!
You're welcome. More coming.

Thanks
Awesome content Benjamin. Whenever I'm in need of some inspiration or a push in my sales job, I tend to revisit your videos.
I appreciate that!
More like this! Would love to see some rejections too
They're coming.
There’s examples of rejections too, look at his live prospect calls.
This is good stuff I am sharing it.

He doesn't even bat an eye-lid that he managed to phone someone in the UK with the exact accent as his (kiwi?)
IKR I'm from NZ and whenever I hear someone on the phone with an English accent I immediately hang up and throw the phone out the window
Did you end up booking the meeting? How did it go? Or is that confidential info?
No. I cancelled it. We contacted him after this call to get permission to use it.
They went, got jobs on.
will the event be virtual
