This is probably the absolute best cold call video I’ve seen. Everybody else posts the lay down calls that go smooth to boost confidence and moral, but what this guy showed was what 90% of calls are - rejection, no, not interested, etc. - but he handled well, turned a no into a possible future prospect and just kept on rolling.

Obey Jesus Christ or you will go to hell, turn to the Lord before its too late, if you don’t REPENT OF YOUR SINS then you will likewise perish in hell. All liars, fornicators, adulterers, idolaters, blasphemers, whoremongers, thieves, murderers, homosexuals, effeminate, etc, will not inherit the kingdom of God. Once you turn to the Lord, read the new testament in the bible, the gospels, to develop a relationship with God. God bless you all. Turn to Jesus, repent or perish, turn or burn.

@@dominicfrench4607it definitely depends. rapport may not be worth building with a lead for a low cost one-time product/service, however if the product service is expensive or recurring and you plan on staying at that job long term, it’s worth compiling potential future leads and checking in with them every once in a while.

Great job Good Sir. These are genuine calls not stage calls like you see other real estate agents make and then try to sell you something at the end of the video like their first call they said the appointment when they don't do any production but they always trying to sell you something. True prospecting is 90% tells you "NO" to get that 9% maybes and occasional 1 percent that will do something soon. It's the compound effect. Your efforts every day is going to generate business in the future.Good work!

This is pure excellence and an example for everyone to follow. All you want to do is have a good conversation , it is all about breaking down the wall. I myself was terrified of cold calling, but simple techniques just like this guy have lead me to setting 5-10 appointments per day in the solar business spending $0 on ads. just stay released, find some common ground, be good at bailing out when the call gets awkward and you will see amazing results. Cold calling is an essential recipe for success

While the man isn’t exactly the most tactful, he manages to realistically succeed which in and of itself is solid! Most sales trainers are too much into themselves and only display a perfect world scenario. A few adjustments and I think he’d be even more of a beast.
    1. Make your introduction clear, concise, and professional. If someone has to say “who is this again?” You failed.
    2. Have a proper cadence on each and every call. A. Intro B. Reason for my call... c. Let me help you. D. Thank you so much for taking my call!
He is masterful at not getting emotional, even when those he calls are rude. I love sales and so does this guy.
Training is key. And taking these calls on speaker is the best way to overcome any obstacle and strengthen your grit. I make 70-100 cold calls a day and train my kids to do the same. The phone drives the business!

I dont understand why you ask if they know somebody who want to move in that area. If someone want to buy a house they will check on the official website where you put all your listings. And if the meaning of the call is to get e new listing, then ask them if they want you to be their real estate agent and give them reason to pick you.

Short Intro to identify and state purpose. Ask Great Questions. Need a good open ended hook question around value then move to identification. Questions around their business. Move to questions on what they've experienced before with TC. What they didn't like. What they did like. Move back into questions that are open ended to move towards consideration. Have something to send them via email. Close or Follow up.

He has great tone and demeanor but honestly blue personalities talk WAY too much and most people from NY are either red or blues. Speed is the game. If there’s no next step on the call it’s NOT progress. Just trying to help others understand that just because someone is talking to you it doesn’t mean you’re making money. The ego gets in the way and think if it’s not rejection, it’s winning.

Digging the cold calls but just calling and asking for business is old school and not too pro, just in my opinion. Do you coach people to ask ‘who they know.?’

Coach Pauly C I’m sure you’ve been doing this too long to cold call and ask people ‘who they know that wants to buy or sell.’ Let’s people know you’re after the dollar and don’t actually care about them or what they need... See what I’m saying.?.
