I have been trying to get into auto sales lately, but I will start training for b2b with a staffing agency next week. I didn't think it would be that great, but your videos lead me to believe there is some potential in getting that experience. I have been working for myself for years and can say there is some valuable gems here.
Sounds like you have great business to business background and experience. This is more of a consultative, value proposition approach. Pain point isolation. Solution based. Establishing confidence and trust, and an investment of fully understanding their business, pain points, and goals for the future. Thank you.
I was lucky before I got into sales, I was a service advisor for high line cars (Mercedes, Jag, Rolls Royce) so I was very comfortable dealing with the c suite. They put their pants on just like you and me, some a good people , some are jerks. They are harder to get in touch with but they can make decisions, unless most middle managers, also can think out of the box. I keep trying to join your FB group and for some reason I am not accepted.
Hey man. How do you keep organized as a recruiter. I find myself bogged down with Clutter all the time. It’s only me and at times I’ll have 10 to 15 job orders I’m working on at once.
What do you focus on with your sales calls to get it done?

How do you deal with balancing getting clients and dealing with hiring managers that have unrealistic expectations?
Is your Pateron still running?
