Also hundreds of testimonials of people healing perfectly countless diseases by blending, green smoothies..and healthy whole food mainly raw diet . So give people a break , don’t be aggressive please, be loving.
Of course chewing and eating your food is a wonderful option and encouraged..but consider how much food you would have to sit down and actually chew and eat in order to ingest that much nutrition. Juicing is just a simple way to consume a large amount of nutrition in a very easy, quick manner.

Serious question: if juicing is so good, but the nutrients pass away so quickly, how is CHEWING the food (for minutes and minutes, until it becomes mush) not superior to juicing?
Wondering if you are not trying to overcomplicate this..juicing simply allows you to consume a lot more nutrition in a shorter amount of time making it more efficient when planning your daily food consumption. Proper food combining would insist that any and all fruits be eaten alone and never mixed with other foods. This includes tomatoes. Even more-melons should never be mixed with other fruits.

We would still prefer juicing over blending. You would juice whatever seeds exist within the fruit itself for added enzymes.
