I was 100% certain Zealand in the last game was "ring", because the Lord of the Rings was mostly filmed in New Zealand. Surprised that didn't even come up.

This is awesome, always fun to watch. I'm surprised that Zealand didn't connect to "ring" though! Lord of the Rings! New Zealand! Come on! James definitely gave the most head-scratch-inducing clues, though.

You should check out their twitch. I don’t watch anything else on twitch, but all the games they have released on UA-cam recently have been on twitch for several days prior to UA-cam release.
I love watching Matt as a captain. The faces he make when his team mucks up.
The tactical stream should just be the captain's reactions to plays. Especially when Matt's in the chair.
Would be fun to watch with the captains sitting behind a screen or something.

About a version of Codenames where you can deny opposing team's guesses if you can figure it out first, there's a game called Decrypto that might be what you're looking for.

I played the Marvel Superhero version of Codenames. The problem is that most of the people playing (including me) had only seen the movies, so we had no idea what 80% of the cards were because they were obscure comic book characters. And it definitely didn't help that it was the first time playing any version of Codenames for most of us, so everyone just got fed up and quit after two rounds of clues. Now I'm trying to convince them to play this version, but they all think it'll just end in frustration again and won't give it a shot.
I really like that Matt said agent unlimited. I feel that was the point where he started playing the game like OD does, accepted his playstyle.

In Blind Games, can you list how many words are remaining? It's hard to keep track of how close each team is to winning when it gets to a blind match.
All you have to keep track of is which team started. That team always has to get 9 clues, the other 8.
If you know the other teams clue there could be a facility to refresh them?

So makenzie could have gone up to 4 with her punch clue, is it legal to say the same clue twice? Like if they got her two for punch but she noticed they were dancing around the right words say punch 2 again
If you watched the whole video you'd see O'D said Texas 6 and then Texas 2 later.

What? Blind games are way more fun because you can play along. I can’t imagine enjoying a non blind game nearly as much as being able to play along.
@@dennisjordan5917 In blind games you can play along with the field operatives, in non-blind games you can play along with the spymasters. Either way you can play along.

Makenzie talks way too much. I was so annoyed
The dynamic here is really awkward. She doesn’t seem to fit in with this group. They constantly talk over her dont continue conversations with her when they do reply, and look away from her when she talks. Maybe it’s just me but this video is very hard to watch the social atmoshere isn’t very smooth. She constantly is putting herself down and like screaming when she talks. Maybe I’m just being an asshole but I couldn’t help but say something.
