Do you have suggestions on which state to start for an infill lots? Is 2 weeks a realistic timeline on a deal?

You want to with growth areas. Just ask yourself, "Where are people moving to?" This would be states like Florida, Arizona, Utah etc and then find counties in these states that are also growing but not growing a rapid expansion bc land owners will want top dollar. Look up top growing counties and pull a list from #24 or #30 top growing counties in whatever state you choose
