So is it a wholesale deal for six months or is it ownership that culminates in 6 months?
Hi Jack. My question would be: without any deposit and all the terms in the Buyers favor, why would the Seller agree to all this? Especially when we are making a low offer to begin with...
We are targeting people who have a "garage sale mentality". They typically don't care about the process of closing. They just want the quick cash

Hi Jack, Does that mean I dont have to put any money down to get the right to sell the property and I have 6 months to do so and if for some reason, it doesn't sell I can give the property back to the original owner and walk away from the deal?
Yes exactly, zero up front deposit & a right to cancel the contract at any time for any reason in our contract
