Raw Veggie Bites
Makes 2 Large Bunch Bowls
Bites:
1-1/2c Carrot Mulch
1c Portobello Mushrooms
1T Scallions
1/2t Psyllium Husk
1t Nutritional Yeast
1/2t Mushroom Powder
1/4t Black Pepper
1/4t Garlic Powder
1/2t Red Pepper
1T Hemp Seeds
1/4t Sea Salt
3T Coconut Flour (optional coating)
Bowl:
2c Parsnip Rice (peeled & grated parsnips)
2c Spinach (julienne)
1ea Avocado (peeled, thin sliced)
1c Red Bell Pepper (julienne)
1c Red Onion (julienne)
Sauce:
1T Agave Nectar
1t Sriracha Chili Sauce
1T Lime Juice, fresh squeeze
1t Cilantro, fresh chopped
