1-3/4c Pistachios (soaked, drained, save liquid)
1/2c liquid (pistachio or cashew soaking liquid)
1/2c Agave Nectar
1 can Coconut Cream (12oz)
1/8t Sea Salt
3T Lemon Juice
3/4c cashews (soaked, drained)
2T Liquid Chlorophyll (optional)
Crust
1c Coconut flour
1/3c Pecan (small pieces)
1/4c Pistachios (small pieces)
3 Medjool Dates (softened)
2T Coconut Oil
1T Psyllium Husk
1/4c Pumpkin Seeds (small pieces)
Raspberry Layer
1-1/3c Raspberries
1/4c Cashews (soaked, drained)
1/3c Coconut Oil
1/3c Agave Nectar
1T Lemon Juice
Be sure that all the ingredients are room temperature before you start.
