Hello Friend's! the potato pancakes taste very natural because only potatoes and salt are seasoned, but I can say simple but delicious. Perfect for snacks, dinner or breakfast with a cup of coffee or hot tea. Try it too surely you will love it. Hope you enjoyed this simple tutorial

PROCEDURE
1✅Peel and grate the potatoes
2✅Squeeze the grated potatoes
3✅After squeezing add salt
4✅Discard the potato juice, the potato starch add to the grated potatoes and mix it well
5✅Fry it until golden brown over medium heat

1/4 tsp salt

Can I use corn startch?
It tastes better without cornstarch, if you want to add it you can. But my suggestion is no cornstarch

I used a russet potato. The pancakes ended up gluey. Did I do something wrong ?
The russet potato is another way how to cook potatoes. You didn’t imitate what my way of cooking was. So the outcome of your potatoes may be different
@@krizanni - ??????? I followed the directions exactly. A "russet" potato is the most common variety of potato we have here. Its not a method of cooking. ( another variety of potato we have is "red" potato - because the skin is reddish.)
