@@amandaparedesmed They do ask personal questions, but it would be more like why do you want to do medicine, or what is your motivation for medicine. They ask you to solve difficult ethical scenarios as well. For mine, it was in person and we had to do a group exercise with other candidates 😬
Thanks for your comment Paulina! I recommend practicing with current med students and/or pre-med advisors if that’s an option. They can give better insight if they are familiar with the admissions process:) If that’s not an option, practicing with a friend or family member is also perfectly fine!
Interesting to see the differences between UK and US medical universities. The 'tell me about yourself' is such an American type of question 😅
Hahaha it’s annoyingly so common😂 do UK schools have more of an ethics type questions focus?
