Buspirone has changed my life completely. i love this new me . I can't believe how bright life is now !!! I was under a dark cloud ☁️ i never wanted to feel that way again
The difference in the way you talk, act, and even look compared to your first week on buspirone is astonishing. Anxiety really is a monster. You seem so much healthier/happier/lighter. I start my journey with it tomorrow, and I feel like I look and sound the same as you on your week 1. You give me hope 🫂.
Just started my Buspirone journey tonight. Since the beginning of December I’ve had terrible anxiety…to the point where I was convinced I was having a heart attack and went to the ER twice. Chest pain, tachycardia, shortness of breath, sweating, etc. I’ve been to my PCP three or four different times. I did take a small RX of Ativan as needed, but did not want to become dependent on that. I then tried Hydroxyzine, but I did not like the way it made me feel. I’m truly hoping that Buspirone will be the winner. I did have some jittery feelings, numbness, and increased heart rate after taking it, but idk if that was from the medicine or because I’ve had those anxiety symptoms everyday. They did eventually subside. Thank you for your videos, I just happened to stumble upon them tonight while researching Buspirone. I’m very hopeful for positive results ❤
I don’t want to get you hopes up too high because obviously results vary for everyone, but I am excited for you! I was in a similar situation the past few years, and to an extreme the past six months. I thought nothing could help fix it. Buspirone made me feel like I took my first deep breath in years. I hope it can help you too
Stopped taking buspar about 9 months ago. Started to take the natural approach. Therapy, exercise and also supplemented cbd oil. But your vid’s helped me threw a hard part of my life.
I wish I can do natural way I don’t have help at home it’s physically and mentally abusive I have no where to go with my 2 pitbulls. Hopefully one day I’ll get out and need no meds
@@MsMtwardy yea what we surround ourselves around is very important. We live in a day and age where we are suppose to have everything together but fail to realize the true importance of life. I hope you get the healing you deserve best of luck to you and your puppies 🐶
Thank you for these videos. I have severe anxiety/panic disorder and i have been on so many medications. My doctor just recently prescribed me buspirone, the same ones you showed that are little rectangular shapes and i have been so nervous about starting a new medication because of how lexapro made me feel. I appreciate you sharing your experience! thank you very much!
Been on buspar one 2 years, I'll never stop taking it. Works great on 30miligrams twice daily. If I get anxiety or panic attack i take another busparone. I hardly ever have to do that.
I have a question.. so I started 10mg first time today, and felt it within 2 hours and it’s not a placebo.. little explosions of joy throughout the day. I’m amazed. Anybody else get this?
Have you read studies about combining melatonin and buspar? Apparently good for a lot of people. There are journal articles discussing that the combo works great as an antidepressant! Been on buspar a year, generic. I take 10 mg 3 times a day. It doesn’t matter for me food or not, and Tylenol doesn’t react with it for me. I can skip two doses, but if a skip a whole day I feel anxious. I love it. I’ve maybe had one panic attack in the past year. Anxiety was normal for me, but panic was new.
I just got on buspirone took my first dose today and hopefully it goes well, I’m only taking one 5mg at night. (I got prescribed it due to anxiety making me unable to sleep) I take guanfacine for ADHD so I’m really hoping it doesn’t make it stop working because guanfacine has been the only adhd medication that doesn’t give me anxiety.
This video was so helpful, thank you for posting your experience. I just completed my second week and have been adjusting to my new dose, 7.5mg twice a day. My anxiety has definitely increased but I want to push through, especially because I also experience panic attacks with my anxiety. TY for the hopeful response!!
I started taking it 3 months ago. First 5mg, then 10mg, then 15mg. 3x a day. From 10 on i got really dizzy, at 15 worse. The dizziness never goes away, so im back down to 5mg and doing better than on 10 or 15. But to be honest, it is only a little help, maybe 20% less anxiety.
Great videos, I'm glad you're doing well! Finally someone who has had more of those atypical side effects like me lol. I wanted to ask - did you adjust the dosage during that year? I assume you started at the standard 15mg/day. Greetings from Europe :)
lol buspirone has a way of keeping you awake guess perhaps it tends to keep you active. Also another side effect i noticed is i've had really bad UTI while on a higher dose. i lowered the dosage and everything is fine. It's a rare side effect but some had this type of side effect while on it.
I have a quick question. I'm on buspirone too. I been on it for about a year now I was on 15mg two times a day now I'm on 15mg 3 times day I'm going on 3 weeks and half now. Some times when I take the Second pill my head feel fuzzy and some times I feel Normal I take it at 6:20 and then again at 11am is that to close together?
The first couple of months it did make me question and think about my sexuality more than usual. I have always struggled with my sexuality but I think when I started buspirone, this exaggerated a bit. This side effect went away for me around 2 months after starting the medication, and I think being on buspirone has actually helped me accept my sexuality fully and be confident about it for the first time in my life. I hope this helps!
@@vidsbyj123 so for the first time in your very young life the medication made you realize you were LGBTQ? Yeah it doesn't sound like a good drug to me but hey to each their own but Just remember Jesus saves. It's never too late. 😊🙏
Buspar is the worst drug I have ever taken - seems to turn on some kind of severe agitation - ruined my life and career at the time - the ER doctors gave me Valium to stop my symptoms and I was eventually allowed to go home - BTW these smiley face pro buspar vlogs are bull shit ati benzo propaganda. Why is this happening?
Everyone is different. I know people who buspar does nothing for or they feel bad on it. I definitely don't think benzos should be denied to people with panic disorder or severe anxiety. They are a game changer for me and I don't abuse them. My experience with buspar is it is steadying and sparks my appetite which is good for me because I get too thin when I'm panicky. I had tried hydroxyzine band gabapentin but they did nothing for me. Just have to be self aware and study the pros and cons.

I’m not sure, it might be worth a try to space them out more if you can! I take mine at 7am, 2pm and then 9pm so they’re evenly spaced
Thank you I will try this I seen in your last video when you was talking about week 2 that you felt like you was high? I had that happen to me also.
did you feel sleepy first month if you take it mornings?
In one of your videos you said the medication was making you question your sexuality? How did that turn out for you? Asking for a friend

No, I ended up having to get off of lexapro after a few weeks of being on it due to major side effects
