Well someone I'm sure knew was the video graphics designer who created the graphic that appeared on the screen immediately after the match of the "21-1" image could not have been typed in instantly. As a professional in that field who made such graphics a decade ago, the process of creating, rendering, and exporting such a graphic takes time and cannot be done instantly. This suggests that the graphic was prepared in advance of the event.

The only way to not spoil WrestleMania would've been to mask that situation in front of the fans. And i think Brock and Taker made the decision to end the streak to avoid continuing the match. If you rewatch the match. It ends very abruptly. It is not in Vince's nature to book something that abrupt, and not the streak, of all things. I do not think it was planned. Credit to Heyman in keeping kayfabe alive.
