Is the surplus funds recovery business model already saturated and not viable for newbies?
The truth is that although there's definitely some competition, asset recovery is booming and there's more than enough unclaimed money opportunities out there than have ever existed. An asset recovery specialist will always have work because foreclosures will keep happening for the foreseeable future. Unclaimed surplus funds are out there in any state and city available for those who hustle to take advantage of them.

Fun fact: whenever I am able to connect with a claimant they tell me 'dozens' of people have been trying to reach them. For months. I hear 'you're like the 100th caller...' They've told me their phone starts blowing up in preforeclosure and they just shut their phones off it gets so annoying being pestered by phone, social media, relatives being called etc so they just unplug from it all. That's the reality of it when your facing foreclosure and surplus people are hounding them, bill collectors, realtors, investors... +. Believe me, you're not the only one trying to contact these people 7 days a week so I get why they just pull the plug from it all.

Where are you working the business? I’m going to guess Florida.
Believe it or not, there are counties/ states that nobody is working because there are popular (“easy”) states where there’s lots of competition.
There’s an abundance of leads out there who are willing to talk.
Pick a different county to attack.
@sadielady1654 nope not FL. I'm working several counties in 4 states, different time zones. Do u pick up when an unknown number calls u on your personal cell? I don't either. And neither does about 98.8/100 people anymore.
