the music info is in the description box, I just discovered it! beautiful video, just started this discipline and makes me feel like a 7 foot wet noodle, I sleep like a log! my hip bursitis has diminish in pain, there is more range of motion and my lower back is pretty much pain free!! I have to do a bit of convincing with the hubby but I would love to get me a set of silks and continue this at home! thanks for sharing!

Good workout but a little too quick between each move (a little difficult to follow along for beginners). I really felt this the next day and it is my goal to do this routine daily until I can get through it without panting by the end before moving on to another video. The music is beautiful, btw!
