I agree with the comment for the light. I found myself having to stop and repeat because it is very difficult to see some of the movements, especially when you have arms/legs folded. I could not tell where the hammock was, how you were crossing, your hip alignment as you moved through some of the moves etc.
love the flow of the sequence :)
Спасибо! Использую Ваши комплексы в своей практике
Beautiful class, shame about the sound quality
thanks for sharing, nice sequence! it'd be better if the light source adjusted, so that we can see your legs alignment clearer.
Just wanted to say that i think you create really graceful sequences
Teaching Aerial Yoga thank you so much. I plan to start coming out with more videos more frequently. Any sequence recommendations?
@@jessiraeyoga Maybe some more low restorative or some shoulders. Your material is great - really authentic
Love the pacing and the music. Where can I buy the music?
Did you take the video in Taiwan?
great video, but was hard to hear you over the music and it was kind of dark. The exercises how ever were great

can't see much or hear much (because of the echo in the room and the music) but it's fantastic! thank you.

Lovely sequence. Btw, are you in Japan here?
what song is this?
Chanting the Sacred Mantra Om - Extended Meditation On the 7 Chakras, Exploring the Inner Universe
I like your classes except for the counting down.
Especially in restorative.
