I think what makes futurecanoe one of the best food content creators currently is that he doesn't consider himself superior. He just cooks and doesn't say things like DO THIS or YOU HAVE BEEN DOING THIS WRONG YOUR ENTIRE LIFE! He's super chill and sometimes gives small advice on how one can improve his cooking skills, which coming from someone who doesn't necessarily brag about his great cooking skill, but a homecook, who accepts his mistakes (sometimes radioactive disasters) and doesn't hide them, makes him very relatable. He's real and genuinely a cool guy
The character development has been immaculate over the year. Happy to see this channel blow up so fast.
Its been incredible to watch the journey of this channel. I discovered it when it was relatively small, around 50k (the Boba video was the first video I watched) and I've been loving it ever since. I came across this channel on tik tok when I was in the hospital and unable to eat. Something about the videos was just so entertaining and strangely comforting that I binged all of them, and it felt like I had company during such an awful experience. Some advice if you do marshmallow fondant again:
Use vegetable shortening (like Crisco) to grease things instead of buyter. You'll be able to get enough spread out on yoru surface so the marshmallow doesn't stick as badly. Make sure you grease your habds as well. With the powered sugar, use it similar to fllower when rolling out dough. Dust your surface and the top of the fondant before you start kneading the amount in that you need to stiffen up the fondant.

I found this channel because it was one of those random small channels that occasionally pops up in your feed a few months ago. I forget which video it was, but I decided to watch it because I was bored and none of the channels I usually watch uploaded that day. I'm glad I watched it.
