It's not only Norway. In Finland we are the same. It's the excitable sensation of somebody noticing we exist.

Well, looks like we're going to be finding out what that feels like in the UK before too long. 😂

@@kym2834 True, but at least they get something out of it. Norway's cost of living is only about 5% higher than the UK's, but their average monthly wages are higher. Also, pretty much everything else, including rent, utilities, transport etc, are cheaper there. It's really only food and other individual consumables that cost more.
@@peterclarke7240 I am not sure where you got this, but as Brit, living in Norway, i can assure you that Norway is stupidly more expensive. Electric has gone mental, Food prices have gone up too, Rent is going up also and let's not mention tax rates. but you don't get anything more those taxes. Honestly this idea that Norway is shining example of how things can get better is not really reality.

already can pay that much for a pint in some bars in the UK. Bought a pint in a bar in Hebden Bridge that cost £15. Turned out they were selling it at £5 a third but I had read the menu wrong.

In these unhappy times, the unexpected sound of pent-up glee escaping can be ear-piercingly noticeable. Thankfully, you were on hand, in the right place, to induce such a liberating, natural exaltation in entirely appropriate surroundings. The resulting glowing ‘beamer’ also helped to keep the Club, and us, warm by a few therms.

I've watched many of Matt's YT videos, but this is the first time I've seen him do stand up. He's really good at that too, and can ad-lib. Bloody funny man.
Next time you are in Trondheim, check out the rock music museum (called Rockheim) if you havent already. Well worth a visit IMHO.
