Just got one and the Zero G does not work on my remote any advice ? It basically does nothing and sometimes it makes a motor sound for 1 sec and shuts off
What's wrong when the light still doesn't come on? I've got power from the wall. New batteries in the remote. Neither light will come on trying both the battery backup box or the box you show here. I called customer service which was not helpful and directed me to UA-cam.

Mine doesn’t have a button to push on the controller box help!

I had to get a new power supply cord. It cost about $20. The green light came on and now the bed works. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.
