I watched your Todoist video a couple of months ago, and use Todoist since that, so thanks a lot! For notes, I just go for Apple Notes and use PARA folders.
I would like to consolidate and organize all the documents I have stored within the different apps I have been using/experimenting with over the last two years (Notion, Men X, Heptabase...also a little Reflect, Obsidian and Scriptal thrown in as well) Oh, I also have a treasure trove of data in my DevonThink app as well)....Wow....
That’s great app! I was struggling with many „efficiency” apps and I landed on paper notebook again. This one looks really simple. I will try as I have to manage my blog articles ideas, podcast ideas and travel calendar … let see. Thanks for the suggestion. Great video. 👍

The free tier is too limited. Sticking with Notion.

One major disadvantage I see is the relatively small xTiles community compared to Notion. I am starting to like endless canvas tools such as Figjam.
@@HaraldHagenaars Totally get that. I signed up to their Discord which has around 400 members in. It’s pretty active.
