Simoniz 3000psi Pressure Washer Carburetor Service

Here in this video I'll show you how I like to do a carburetor cleaning job on a Kohler 6.5hp horizontal shaft engine pressure washer. This is a Simoniz 3000psi pressure washer that has been sitting in storage for a few years and the leftover gas has gone stale, and rotten. Watch as I take it apart, clean it and put it back together.

Great tutorial thank you. However you forgot to mention the float needle. I followed every step from your video reinstalled and it still didn’t start so I took it apart again remove the float bowl and clean the float needle and Pow! Now working.
