Thanks for the video! In the manual they also want you to run water through the garden hose before attaching it to the pressure washer to let debris clear.
I purchased one of these about 5 years ago, same size engine but 3200 psi. It has performed quite well for me. I did have to buy a new pump but that wasn't the fault of the old pump, it was mine for not treating it properly. I added quick connects to all of the connections and bought a much more flexible 50 ft. washer hose for it that handles so much better than the stock 25ft hose that comes with it. Be sure to run some pump saver anti-freeze and lubricant through the pump before storing it for winter, otherwise if there's water in the pump it can freeze and burst on you and you'll need a new pump too, lol.
Great video. I have looked at 4 different machines. You me sold. Going to pick one up now at Canadian tire. Thanks 1 million and great job on the backyard
Thanks Gaetano and glad the video was helpful. I've used the machine a couple times each of the last two weeks and remain as impressed as before. Good luck with yours. Peter at the Reboot
If you come across some things that are difficult to clean, there is a turbo wand attachment you can add instead of the tips that came with the machine. Have good days!
I have a turbo tip that came with my Briggs and Stratton. Is it compatible? My B&S power washer is toast as the pump is shot due to over wintering outdoors. ;-(
I have the same pressure washer but I used it only two times and when I checked the engine oil, it was having water in it. Can you plz advise how the water goes into the engine oil?
yes, it goes through the pump. you have to be careful what you are sucking into your pump/ A popular pressure washing solution is sodium hypochlorite, which you cannot use in the detergent reservoir in this machine
@@justinwalsh6932 why not? Where did you get that info? I have a champion 3200 psi similar to this one and was planning to use pressure washer specific soap from karcher. Now i will look up what it contains 😐
@João E you can use pressure washing soaps made for the reservoir. Some chemicals are extremely hard on the pumps seals and stuff. Just gotta be careful what you are putting through there.

Why no surface cleaner? Could have finished it inside a day!
Can you attach a surface cleaner on the Champion 2600 psi?

Mine is working well. Unfortunately, I do not know how water gets into the engine oil.
Thanks for reply
Probably one of the seals has a defect or you oil sump plug is not properly screwed
Is it extremely noisy?
When using the detergent add function, does it draw through the pump itself or does it siphon into the spray hose?
It appears to be sucking into system at the base of the hose. Thanks for watching! Peter at the Reboot.
