My son is autistic so I followed your recipe carefully, except that I used gluten free yeast and gluten free plain flour and xanthan gum to bind the flour. For sugar I used Lakanto sweetener. I have also tried it with Demerara sugar and both came out super. For oil I used organic coconut oil. Have also tried with olive oil and both oils work just fine. I owe it all to you cos having an autistic child means that a parent must always come up different foods, cos they get bored of the same type of food very quickly. I tried it myself to answer your question I would use the same method of preparing the chicken soup just use fish instead of the chicken but I know mummy will have a twist to it and I will love to see it as well .
