I disagree with the designation of anyone opposing an immediate deal to bring about the release of the hostages as a "scumbag." I can understand the desperation of family members of hostages that are willing to accept any deal to get them back and if I were one of them I would probably feel the same way. (I appreciate that it was shared that there are hostage relatives who oppose the hostage release deals that have been proposed.) But I would posit that the possibility that Hamas may be more willing to compromise on a hostage release deal by continuing unrelenting IDF pressure on them -- capturing more of their weapons arsenals and facilities, killing or capturing more commanders and fighters, just maybe finding and freeing more hostages, than by agreeing to a deal that involves the release of over a thousand convicted terrorists, the withdrawal of the IDF from Gaza, and especially the Philadelphi corridor, which would allow Hamas to rearm, rebuild and continue "the holy struggle against the Zionist occupiers." This would ultimately result in far more deaths of Israelis (both soldiers who will later have to go back in, and civilians) than the 100 or so hostages. Admittedly It's a cold calculation and It sucks, but in dealing with religiously motivated genocidal death-venerating psychopaths like Hamas there are no easy or happy answers, except as I see it, continue to fight until they are eliminated.

Stopped the video there. I barely watch this show, mainly because of her. All the heads of security were sure that Hamas had no interest in starting a war on Oct 6th, ignored the glaring warning signs up to and including in the early morning hours of Oct 7th, and still think that using the same kind of defenses along Philadelphi that were used on the Gaza border is good enough. I will forever trust our soldiers who are out there fighting and forever distrust the military leadership that hasn't changed its tune in 31 years.
So the lives of those that have died in battle went for what. Whatever happened to the rid Gaza of all Hamas, one left could lead the next terror attack. So will the lady take responsibility for future attacks?
Saying that anyone who does not support the current hostage deal has no heart is a stubborn populist at best. The best strategy with those folks, who can be quite productive in their endeavors, is to undramatically ignore them. Not much responding nor taking notice of their drama. Then hopefully the narcissist moves on to a more abundant, thus useful, fuelsource. For me this is the plan with this whole narcissist slandering happening to Jews, Israel and well intentioned people on a MASSIVE and sneaky scale. No comment and spending my money in and on Israel. This too shall pass. The narcissism thing seems to be a constant on earth. And Israel and the Jewish element here seem to be very resilient despite everything and anything. All the heads of security were sure that Hamas had no interest in starting a war on Oct 6th, ignored the glaring warning signs up to and including in the early morning hours of Oct 7th, and still think that using the same kind of defenses along Philadelphi that were used on the Gaza border is good enough. I will forever trust our soldiers who are out there fighting and forever distrust the military leadership that hasn't changed its tune in 31 years.
So the lives of those that have died in battle went for what. Whatever happened to the rid Gaza of all Hamas, one left could lead the next terror attack. So will the lady take responsibility for future attacks?
Saying that anyone who does not support the current hostage deal has no heart is a stubborn populist at best. Bereaved families and people who genuinely understand what this deal does for Hamas in the Arab world care very deeply for the hostages. They just don't want to incentivize the kidnap of thousands in the next huge attack that Hamas will definitely be capable of committing down the line.
