Finally Friday and I have a new vlog for you! Today I am taking you along on my morning routine. I have recently tried to not be too focused on things I feel like I "have to do" in the mornings but more focused on how I am feeling in the moment. I have been waking up a little bit later and skipped some of my usual tasks. One thing that I am trying to stick to tho is to not have any caffeine within the first 2 hours after waking up. I agree, a strict morning routine seems more stressful to me lol. There is no perfect system for having a good day, imo. 💞
Love your routine so much! I can relate to so many parts of it. Especially the morning walk which is also so important for me. And you're right whether it's only 10 minutes or longer, going outside changes so much. Especially when the sun is shining :) And I also love to stay in airplane mode for as long as possible. It definitely is a good ways to start the day more calm. I also love the AG1 drink, I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago and LOVE it to have this as my morning drink. Thanks for sharing Sanne! I do want to note that AG1 does have and artificial sweetener - stevia. I’ve been hesitant to drink because of this and natural flavors, but it seems insignificant when considering all of the added benefits included. I’ll keep considering it!
