Made me think about when Peter Jackson was trying to tell Christopher Lee what sounds to make during a scene in Lord of the Rings (where Saruman got stabbed in the back by Wormtongue and falls off the tower), and Lee corrected him on what that actually sounds like, because Lee actually knew what noises a man makes when he's getting shanked. Young people in poverty aren't gonna have many positive influences, let alone positive father figures, negative father figures can lead them to crime too. Crime has always been a poverty and wealth inequality issue. Solving those issues or at least managing them better, brings forth positive influences, within improving poverty-stricken communities.
