Previously I have used Ditto services for a consultation on my parents policy. They were clean, crisp explanation was given and I was told to continue my current policy which actually was not bought from them.. But still they helped me out.

Dear ditto one advise either give time to finish the person or ask host to take guest seat. I have seen in almost all video host try to be a guest. So in that case dont invite another person.

Very poor way of conducting interviews with the experts. This is a common feature of most ditto interviews. The interviewer keeps constantly interrupting and giving his views. Why not take the guest seat and make it a monologue.
Please change the interviewer/host..he spoiled the entire interview with his frequent interpretations.

6:20 for this to happen, the NHCX should know that particular hospital's format as well to map it to their generic format right? Do they provide hospitals an option with registering their format??
Yes. So what I understand is that they’ll ask hospitals to only use software that conform to a certain standard (something called FHIR)

This interviewer is too disruptive and acts like a know-it-all. We want to listen to the expert, not the interviewer.
