If you're wondering why my voice sounds so muffled at the end it's because UA-cam copyrighted the song I used for the end of the video and I had to remove it
my main reason of being interested in Gachiakuta is Kei Urana is the "successor" of the writer of soul eater and fire force, Okubo. Which is my favorite mangas n animes.
Great video, Gachiakuta is just such a cool manga on all fronts and I really like how it messes with your expectations more and more as it goes on. E.g. One character having a typical shonen backstory ending with him gaining all the motivation they need, hyping the readers up before we see in reality the character is actually completely delirious and we have just been seeing their power fantasy for the last few chapters. There is that one part where a character knows they are going to lose so they just pull at a gun and shoot their opponent which is usually said as a joke but the author uses this anti-climax to her advantage and the opponent comes back and is able to take on several people at once. My favourite part has to be when Rudo completely snaps and nearly messes up by permanently losing information from a character needed for him to find out a way to return to the sphere and it happens because he was so on edge since entering the abyss and he survived up until that point by putting his feelings into the various Jinki he uses. Overall, I love this manga and it really deserves to get an anime like most of the other big WSM manga, tho I am not sure if the budgets those kinda anime get will be good for it, but I know an anime adaptation isn't the be all end all for manga. Recommendations: Shounen Y Iris Zero Zebraman Tomodatchi game (you've probably already read this one) Okaeri Papa Jigoku no Gouka (the one with the really long title) Yokokuhan
Dude I feel you, I can’t wait to see what studio bones is cooking for the anime. The gun scene made me laugh ngl. I’ll definitely check out those mangas you recommended tho, I’ve read iris zero and tomodachi game
You had me convinced into giving this manga a shot and you put some feelings and sentiments into words in a way I couldn't, such as the memories and time spent with items that likely get replaced. You also got my subscription.
5:09 I think that materialism is bad actually, and I think it's actually smart to value inanimate objects based on their practical usefulness rather than emotional sentiments.

But this type of content is kind of a dying breed this would’ve been banging like a couple years ago but he’s gonna top at like 5-6 digits 😂

The author used soul eater for inspiration
@@CloudManga Not only that. The mangaka was a former assistant of the mangaka of Soul Eater/Fire Force.
