Still pretty relevant considering houses he buys are on mortgages with 2-3% interest rates and he's simply taking over payments (which is legally DIFFERENT than assuming a mortgage). No bank involved. No bank even notified. No traditional loan to qualify for. No financial colonoscopy. No underwriting process to wait for and corresponding hoops to jump thru. None of that crap.
