The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich " . These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.
Money invested is far better than money saved , when you invest it gives you the opportunity to increase your financial worth.

I also keep seeing lot's of people testifying about how they make money investing in Stock, Forex and Crypto Trade(Bitcoin) and I wonder why I keep loosing. Can anyone help me out or at least advice me on what to do.
Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

I usually co-own a property by buying its stock, For example if there’s a property of $50,000,000, i can get to invest $500,000, as the property keeps appreciating, my dividends and income keeps appreciating as well.

How can I make this happen? I already have 3 properties and the bank won't lend with no down payment. I live in a highly competitive market, there's no such thing as no money deals. I checked with three different real state agents who are also investors, they could not find ANY no money deals. Not even land.

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. @@harperfelicia9372 Am trading with expert Nora Hendrix, a regulated broker in US, Met her sometime early last year at a start up funding event. She has some interesting things to say about the state of algorithmic trading today. Obviously I'm seeing the results.
I invest with Mrs Nora too, she charges a 20% commission on profit made after every trading session and that's fair compared to the effort she puts in to make huge profits.
Consistency is key, I've been investing with her for months now and I've made alot of profit from her. Most of those traders who offer to give you 50% of whatever you invest might scam you of your hard earned money...Forex ain't that easy you know, so i advice you also start investing with Mrs Nora because she is the best broker ever.

Anyone with good credit has a chance. But if you've got bad credit, or can't qualify for loans because of default or failure to pay on previous obligations, economic opportunities are nearly non-existent. Unfortunately bankruptcy is a wait of 7 years for solvency. 😩
Look at the video again at 8:30 -- he's saying that "Good Real Estate Will Always Find the Money" because the deals are funded depending on the specific real estate, not the investor. In other words, he's saying the quality of the real estate drives its own funding. So, even if you have bad credit, he's saying spend the time and develop the ability to find good real estate, and then they will fund depending on the real estate, not on you personally.
I@@scramjet4610 Totally agree. Its not about the money but the deal. If you are part of a syndicate who actually have the money, they can raise the majority of the funds that are needed for the purchase. That way you are part of the deal and your contribution if not financial can be the sweat equity and the fact that you found the deal for them to invest and make money from. With the money you have made from this initial deal, you can then reinvest or contribute equally to the next deal. I think the overarching message here is to find a good deal. Once that is established, finding the buyers/money is easy, so long as you are working alongside like minded individuals.

If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You most look outward if you wanna be successful in life.
Sure! Is a better way to counter this foreseen inflation, because all this wars everywhere are politics.
Living in one's "comfort zone" is a contributing cause to the plight of young people.
You most be willing to make sacrifices and leave your comfort zone if you wanna become wealthy.

Just research your ass off and make sure to take notes, like physical notes, take it from someone whow as also interested in RE at 16. I'm 20 now and am just now getting back into it but luckily for me i wrote everything down, so even tho i made some stupid mistakes and lost my path, i was able to pick up my notebook and learn everything again a lot faster than if i would have had to restart the researching process over again. During all of this, work, work, work, work, and work. Just stack your cash. then when youre 18 if you are confident enough you can invest. Ofc this is a very simple explanation but you will find your path along the way. Good luck homie

Honestly, I'm not even kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it, Investing is a long-term game, so I try to focus on the long term.
I cannot focus on the long run when I should be retiring in 4years, you see l've got good companies in my portfolio and a good amount invested, but my profit has been stalling, does it mean this recession/ unstable market doesn't provide any calculated risk opportunities to make profit?

I love the grounded reality of this channel..I believe < that the inflation is already priced in crypto market since the end of last year. I saw a video the other day about your mom should’ve focused on her life instead of the kids, that kinda woke me up as a dad that raised 3 kids on my own your 💯 right on that it’s just when you live your kids you put them first and yourself on the back burner that’s exactly what I did now I have nothing my dreams are gone I have no will left to push harder it’s not a regret though because I did make beautiful smart great kids but my life is or I feel like it’s gone man I ruined my credit and my life trying to survive
