Just a follow up here... the sellers did EXACTLY what I told them they would. Straight up liars. The agent even called me shortly after this and said "we really want to move forward with you" and then 3 weeks later someone else was sending the deal to me. I called the agent and told him they were caught... funny thing is the agent had been cut out of the deal too. LOL Some sellers are just straight up liars. WELCOME TO BUSINESS!!! Move on!

Yes so very True i had a realtor & broker lie to me as well , we agreed on 25k on a 3 family home signed a contract & To close in 30 day's the very next day he calls me up and tells me he changed his mind I'm like what are you serious , anyhow a month down the road i see that he sold that same home to a another Investor for much higher price that was unbelievable , Truly BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!!
AFTER all that explaining and valuable education, really!!!?? I really think most people are afraid to learn anything new, even if it's a smarter way. Great video, Pace!

Got a friend doing wraps right now, with another guy.. Told him he had a buyer for one.. Dude took forever to close then missed first payment... All buyers are not created equal...
